Education Negative:- No higher study facility in village. Inadequate amount of furniture. Insufficient teacher. Lack of private school. Kitchen facility is not proper for preparing mid day meal. No playground and recreational facilities. 20. Education Suggestion:- There should be a higher study facility in the village. More teachers are required. Unavailability of higher secondary school. Unavailability of nearby market. Poor marketing of coconut. Dependent more on pesticide and fertilizer. Delay in preparing land for paddy cultivation. Insufficient awareness of diseases about paddy. Delay in harvesting which causes crop loss. Selling through local middle man. unemployment 28. Probable solutions Awareness program for sanitation. Group Farming and marketing of produce like fisheries, paddy, coconut. Government health centre should be established. Establishment of higher secondary school. Vocational training centre for unemployed youth and women. Mechanized farming to reduce delay in harvesting. Use of green manure, compost and natural pesticide.
