Hi, my greetings to everybody!Let me introduce myself. My name’s Nastya. I’m 11 years old and I’m in the 5th

form. I study at school №78 not far from Sochi.

I was always interested in sport. It was handball, gymnastics. But 2 years ago my life changed. The coach of traditional karate came tо our school. He told us about his skill and I decided to try. Now I’m keen of karate. It’s not easy but I go to the trainings with great pleasure. I’m the only girl in our grope and I’m proud of it. I want to tell you about my karate coach.

The name of my karate coach is Suren Edigarow. He was born in 31.07.1976. It’s unbelievable but he graduated the musical university, he’s the professional musician on the harp class. But at the age of 23 he changed his professional activity. Once he wanted to master the skill of self-defense without injuring somebody. He began to practice in karate and became the true professional in his skill.

He was the winner in many different competitions even in the international level. Two years ago he became the president of the International Traditional Karate Federation in Sochi. His students get medals in competitions in Sochi and other cities. Suren Edigarow is a unique man. He never gives up and always is debonair. He’s very strict but fair and he’s always ready to give you a hand. He’s not only our coach but also the best friend.

In 2012 I got my first medals in competition (ITKF) in Sochi. Nowadays I have one gold and two silver medals. I’m happy to be the student of Suren Edigarow.
