My mentor- Elena Makhovikova Hello!

My name is Anna Tolkunova

and I am in year 9, school # 1694, Moscow. I

love sport, especially sport dances. That's why I decided to take part in this competition.

In our country there are a lot of talented sportsmen who are well-known all around the world. Russian people

are proud of them. I am sure there will be a lot of issues about these famous people

in this competition .

I am proud of them too, but I would like to tell you about the person who is not well-known in the world, but who spurs me on sport dances and sport orienteering.

I want to tell you about my teacher, tutor, and coach

Elena Makhovikova. Since 2003 to 2012 she was

an art director of "Let It Be!" studio. We studied English songs and sport

dances. Also we took part in big and small concerts.

Since 2009 Elena has been my tutor, mentor and friend. Our class goes camping, takes part in

racing and sport orienting in the forest.

It is not easy, but our tutor teaches us to survive in

difficult situations.

Elena is an all-rounder. She sings and dances, takes part in different competitions and studies a lot.

Also she trips so much and tells us about her tours and about living in mountains. Some of the most unusual stories about her trips are St. James Way in Spain and a trip to Albania, a strange and unknown country.

The biggest wish of many students in our class is to go on a trip to another country or to beautiful parts of Russia such as Baikal and Kamchatka, together with our teacher. It would be unforgettable!
