Priorities for Term One

• Focus on the organisation of ‘student resources’ space in each faculty

• Working together in class groups to determine which resources are shared

• Streamlining class pages and developing topic pages

• Development of co-curricular pages (students and staff)

• General news function is now activated

• Elimination of student portal (one less portal to think about!)

Expectations• Adding/linking files and folders

• Using Due Work or Drop Box functions

• Use of News widget on class page

• Working with images and colour

• Embedding videos (YouTube/Clickview/other)

• Developing topic pages

• Embedding other media: Google Maps, Google Docs, etc.

• Use of forums, polls, social stream
