Joel Gonzalez started his professional career in Elisava Design and Engineering High School of Bar-celona, studying Industrial Design engineering.

Since he was a child , design world has been one of his passions and he expects to have an oportunity in this world to develop his skills, specially in automotive world, my main motivation.

After doing some interships in design companies a DGE PLV, where he can develop all kind of plv andgraphic designs, Joel expects have more oportunities toexpand his habilities and skills.

Last course, I did a new concept of a binding machine.As we know, the current market only offers big and heavy machine that sometimes also could be dangerous for my target user.

With my new design, my main objective was introduce a new design that let the common and boring design apart and intro-duce a new fresh one,

Another important point was his little dimensions, that allow the user to carry it with him and bind wherever he would want.

In this project, we have decided to develop a new kind of object, that can offer a place for poor people without a pla-ce where they can stay at nights or cold days. Pvbed will be a perfect combination between design and new technologies (specifically renewable energy devices)

Pvbed will use PV systems that offer all the necessary ener-gy to our structure. This PV systems will be built in amor-phous silicon, which has less efficiency but in our case enough for all our systems.In addition, this kind of PV sys-tem is not the normal one we usually see in TV programs or documentaries, because that we reduce the risk of theft.

Thtat’s was a project that four colleagues and me developed last year. This project consist on an ecological and technological way where ELISAVA would get a part of all his electricity from this PV te-chnology and also would prevent some heat lost from the old roof

On this project we calculated all the external factors like price , impact on the environment and also the ea-siest for ELISAVA that let them to afford this project.

Thanks to 90 solar panels distribuited along the roof, ELISAVA can save all the electriicty for the lights of the main hall.

On my leisure time , and thanks to the firsts classes of 3D Studio Max, I decided to develop a copy with this pro-gram of one of the most famous guitars in the music world.This projects let me learn how to show textures and details on this program.

Last year, I designed from zero, a complete punching machine with all kind of elements following ISO rules.

The main objective of this machine, was the creation of a con-ventional key. Here I wanted to show different processes as cutting or folding, key points on the creation of this piece.
