Transformation brings mileage, up-gradation, enhances goodwill and elevates the whole system.

How I initiate the process of transformation at workplace?

By understanding and making people understand the need/areas for transformation;

By understanding the status of Quality Management System (QMS) and looking carefully at the functional areas where the same is required to be enhanced within the organization;

By studying the extent of integration of between strategies, vision, mission, goals and values of the organization;

By analysing the degree of application of IRFS / Global and Local Standards within the organisational boundaries;

By examining the link between good governance system, CSR in line with the organisational philosophies, culture and processes;

By analysing the emphasis by the top management on important performance measures e.g. Goodwill, Branding, Employee and Customer Satisfaction/Care etc.

Page 9: My Professional Journey

First and foremost thing is by infusing the importance of the word “Sustainability”, “Perseverance” & “Endurance”.

Suggesting improvement in personal leadership capability in areas of attributes, desired ways of behaving, and ways of thinking, feeling or perceiving issues.

Signifying improvement required in relationships, with and between teams, peers and individuals and externally with other stakeholders.

Suggesting improvement in ability(s)/skill(s) for better understanding & adaption of transformation by revisiting, redefining and refining strategies, goals and objectives.

Inculcating the habit of introducing and establishing a culture of continual process improvement in the organization and importance of change management.

How I achieved transformation at workplaces - Essentials?
