1. Gap Analysis, plan and implementation of ISO 9001, with updating standards.

2. Planning, performing and coordinating internal audits.

3. Participating in external audits from System Certification Body, Product Certifications, Customer Visits/ Audits for registering our company as approved vendors.


4. Evaluating our readiness for National and International Awards & Standards and supporting to make our organization ready for International Awards and International Industry Standards.

5. Preparing audit checklists for improvement in the internal audits.

6. Preparing templates for process and Management review meetings for each process to present their info, to make standardization and improvement in MRMs.

7. Follow-up and accountability for the status of non-conformities.

8. Supporting process owners in closing those Non-Conformances by supporting them in doing Root Cause Analysis.

9. Continuous monitoring of business and QMS through KPIs and sending alerts to functional heads as well as top management for timely decision making.

10. Revising organization structure when needed, proposing changes in the structure for improvements.

11. Study of operational SOPs (standard Operating Procedures) for continuous improvement.

12. Regular updates to all employees about QMS for improvement & involvement/ Engagement.

13. Regular discussions with employees to let them be at freedom to share their difficulties, ideas for improvement.

I am Kranthi, born on 26th August 1987.

Physical:

I am Kranthi.T (family name is Tulluru), but my social family name is Rainbow of Smile (self

defined).

Mental:

I feel myself as: Kranthi, Revolution with peace for change.

I like reading, writing, learning from observation, experiences, learning from people by being with them mentally.

I was been a continuous learner and experimenter in the path of achievement of QMS at Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. Since I have joined the organization on 17JUN2008.

About My organization (Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd.): My home company at my home town.

I am responsible for my team of 5 who together are responsible for the entire group of 500, as the role of QM demands it.

I have been living in Krishna Dt., Andhra Pradesh since my child hood. 3 places I have lived

are Hyderabad (Child hood before Kindergarten), Krishna Dt. (School, Diploma), Prakasam

Dt (Bachelors) and now I am back to Krishna Dt.

Reading and writing are my daily part of life. The topics I learn about and Write are related to our daily life. Reading and Observing is to learn something and Writing is to share my

learning’s.

I have my blog where I share about my thoughts on my daily experiences.

I like watching Diya Aur Bati Hum serial (Hindi) which is a bit different in these days (of

course which I know).

I am only child and sometimes I was jealous when I see my friends with siblings to fight

with. I said I used to. But now I have a new relation who I say “My brother” (My little Tom).

When I am passionate about something, I go to extreme efforts to meet my passion. When I

am not interested but the activity is thought to be useful by any of my beloved ones, I try to

understand the situation and learn from it.

I love exploring the world. Until now in the little world that I have. But I will create an opportunity where I can explore the world in different parts.

Growing up, I was trained with the little but stubborn rules of my Grandpa, life experiences

of my mother, society (everyone who I know or whom I have heard about or seen or read;

may include you too), books.

So this is me, a simple yet passionate individual whose views may or may not inspire someone who is passionate.
