• Led Zeppelin was an English rock band that was famous throughout the 70’s

• Members include Robert Plant the Vocalist, Jimmy Page the guitarist, John Paul Jones as bassist and keyboarder, and John Bonham as drummer

• The band broke up after johns sudden death in 1980• Led Zeppelin were ranked 3rd best band for the 1970’s• Led Zeppelin was one of the greatest bands of the 70’s.

• Jimmy Page was lead guitarist in the band Led Zeppelin.

• Jimmy Page was born on January 9 1944.• There were not many other guitarist in

Heston London where he grew up so it was hard for him to learn guitar.

• For the 2008 Olympics David Beckham, Jimmy Page and Leona Lewis represented Brittan for the closing ceremony.
