What is My Rock Audit?
My Rock Audit provides you with an easy to understand, clearly defined pathway toward degree
completion. My Rock Audit is a summary of degree requirements merged with your academic record
that provides a real-time assessment of your progress toward graduation. The audit is organized in
blocks of requirements. Examples include University, liberal or rock studies, and major requirements.
My Rock Audit is the official list of all requirements for graduation.
Accessing My Rock Audit
Students access My Rock Audit through MySRU, choosing Step 2 under the Registration Tab or choosing ‘My Rock Audit’ in the My Rock Audit Portlet under the Academics Tab.
**Important** If you use any browser other than Internet Explorer, you must unblock popups first or you
receive a blank screen.

My Rock Audit Overview
A. Student Information
Student information includes: Student ID, Name, Degree, Major, Level, Class Level, and
Last Audit date. There are also three tabs (My Rock Audit, Plans and Notes), Format
Dropdown, Refresh, Save as PDF, Class History, Test Scores and Help buttons or links.
If you have multiple majors with the same degree, all majors are reflected in the audit for
that degree. However, if you have multiple majors with different degrees, the Degree
dropdown box displays all of the degrees.
The Last Audit date is the most recent date on which the audit was run. SRU has dynamic
refresh, so each time an audit runs it automatically refreshes with your most recent academic
information. However, if an audit is kept on the computer screen and a change has been
made to your academic record, the Refresh button must be selected to update the
information.
The only audit format available is the Student View
Save as PDF opens a PDF version of the audit that can be printed or saved. You can
also print an audit by simply clicking the Print link at the top of the audit page.
Class History is a semester-by-semester list of courses with GPA information. This is
similar to an unofficial transcript. If a student has transfer or Credit by Exam coursework, it
is located at the top of the list.
Test Scores – SAT, ACT, PECT-PAPA (education majors), language placement scores are
listed here. SAT/ACT test scores may not be available for transfer students.
Help button includes useful documents to navigate through the degree audit.

Legend
Requirement or Block is complete
Requirement or Block is not complete
Requirement or Block is complete with course(s) in-progress
If you see this symbol, please contact your advisor or a member of the
Academic Records and Registration staff
If you see a “T” in front of a letter grade, this is a transfer course. These grades
are not calculated in the overall, major, minor, etc. GPA’s.
A @ indicates that any course can be taken in a subject
Example: Any Art course at the 300/400 level.
An asterisk after a course number indicates the course has a
prerequisite. Clicking on the course opens a new window which
lists the course description and prerequisite needed.
The Repeat/In-Progress indicator is listed next to courses that are in-progress and being repeated. This includes courses in which a student has a withdraw grade and is taking the course again. Once the in-progress course has been graded, this indicator disappears.
