An essential geometry interprets theday composition, with the hanging con-tainers of Carlo Colombo’s Sintesi sy-stem, placed side by side with theSketch hanging bookcase, designed byRoberto Barbieri. The freedom of interpreting differentmoods and moments defines the com-fort dimension with Carlo Colombo’stwo proposals: the Shanghai sofa withextra-large dimensions, with a compo-sition featuring a chaise-longue endsection and the Bali armchair, quite anoriginal presence.

Wall System is the interpretation ofthe bookcase with freestanding lateralsides, in continuous evolution and cha-racterized by the absolute versatility.Two proposals that, as in this project, cancoexist for resolving different functionaldemands. The Wall System bookcase interprets acomposition in which memory and for-mal rigour communicate, characterizedby the doors in transparent glass. Fascinating forms, focussed on a con-temporary sort of comfort, for the Sohosofas by Paolo Piva, which foreseesthree different types of arms to interpretdifferent aesthetical concepts. The choice of materials confirms thespirit of the project: wenge, stone, andglossy lacquer - in this way, colour sof-tened by the natural tones of the partsin fabric. My planet, the kitchen that combinescontemporary aesthetics and evolvedfunctional solutions. It is a project able toformulate original modular proposals, evenfor layouts of reduced dimensions. The stylistic definition is characterized bynaturalness, brightness and awesomenessof the materials, with finishes like pinemelamine, available in different tonalities. A variety of characterizing details, from theintegrated handles into the doors to thosemore visible, allow to always create differentformal combinations.

Every Varenna kitchens reflects clear standardstogether with invisible qualities which allows youto exploit your space more effectively. For example the strict tests to guarantee thereliability and lastingness: the drawers are testedfor a capacity of 30 kg (approximately 700 cutlerypieces) and for 100.000 cycles of opening andclosing. The hinges of the doors are tested for80.000 openings. All varenna lacquers do notcontain heavy metals, saliva and sweat resistantvery important for the babies. All the glasses aresafety glass, they are 5 times more resistant thannormal glass.

Skip is a bookcase system based on the concept ofequipped wall panelling, which can be completedwith shelves, units and sliding doors.The principal aesthetical characteristic of the system is the minimal thickness of the shelves, endowed withthe rail that allows the integration of the slidingdoors.The range of the modular elements includes:floor benches, freestanding or hanging units withflap doors or chest of drawers, hanging shelf writingdesks. The vertical dividing elements, that can be freelypositioned, allow modifying the compositions,creating open units that are able to assume variousfunctions.Finishing: spessart oak and 28 mat lacqueredcolours. Sliding doors, hanging shelves and dividingelements for the bookcase only in 28 mat lacqueredcolours.
