This will be a demonstration of how everybody exposed to the same data, will interpret it differently. 11:45 am – 1:00 pm “Potential Labor Dispute” This will be a group discussion with intervention in parts. The objective will be to expose the students to organizational processes and rules, how do these come under stress and why more often than not optimum solutions don't exist. Why as a manager, taking a risk is inevitable and how do decisions happen. 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm “The Rising Entrepreneur” A small game involving entrepreneurship.
