an organization specialized

in social innovation consulting and

impact investment.

As a partner to all organizations that

want to cause social change,

we aim for social innovation through business.

HOW WE WORK

In order to develop sustainable solutions to social problems,

there needs to be human-centered approaches

which put the person directly concerned and stakeholders

at the center instead of skill or program-based solutions.

Based on human-centered approaches such as design thinking,

we provide consulting services to help clients

redefine problems and develop human-centered solutions.

In order to solve social problems at the root,

there needs to be cooperation betweenthe public,

corporate, and social sectors, not separate approaches.

Based on our understanding of the inherent language

and value of each sector, we plan and operate

various cross-sector projects through consulting,

incubating, training, and investment.

In order for social problems to become the basis

for new opportunities in future society,

there needs to be the creation of shared values

between the for-profit and non-profit entities

involved in social problems.

We provide consulting and investment to large

corporations and social ventures which pursue

both financial value and social impact.

SOCIAL INNOVATION CONSULTINGWe design CSV projects as innovative solutions to social problems.

MYSC provides CSV (Creating Shared Value) consulting centered on social business models for large and

middle-sized enterprises. We support companies to use their capital and skills to solve social problems

creatively, and in the process discover business opportunities as well as pursue economic and social value

at the same time. We are developing sustainable models through cooperation between sectors and

CSV projects linked to social enterprises and social ventures.

DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION BUSINESSWe support and nurture social enterprises which aim to solve social problems in developing countries.

MYSC supports and nurtures social enterprises and social ventures which aim to solve social problems

in developing countries to contribute to the development of those countries. Based on our specialized

contents for BOP (Bottom of the Pyramid) businesses and experience of incubating in developing countries,

we support startup teams to establish social enterprises that reflect the local context and local needs.

Including Tanzania, Malawi, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam, we plan to support social enterprises

that create impact in many more countries.
