Dear colleague,

Changing your personal details yourself, viewing your salary slips or your contract details whenever you want? With MyVDL, VDL’s new personnel and salary system, you can arrange several personnel matters yourself online and you have quick and easy access to your own data.

What is MyVDL? MyVDL will go live from January 2021! MyVDL is an HR platform (personnel and salary

system) for employees, managers and P&O professionals of VDL Groep. Visma Raet is

the supplier of the platform. With MyVDL, we help employees and managers to properly

monitor and follow up processes in the field of human resources. This way, we keep

information up to date, safe and in accordance with laws and regulations.

This applies to all HR components such as personnel data, salary processing, joining and

leaving the company, contract changes, absenteeism and training opportunities.

The agreements that you have made together with your manager are recorded in MyVDL.

Components in MyVDLMyVDL consists of several components. Which components apply to you depends on your

role in MyVDL. In MyVDL, you work with established work processes, during which the

correct documents are automatically generated. You will also receive notifications by email

when a message or document is ready for you.

Basic principles• MyVDL is a single HR platform for all VDL companies.

• MyVDL is designed for the basic processes, not for exceptions.

• Management and responsibility lie with the employee and manager as much as possible.

• Not everything will be ready by 1 January 2021. MyVDL continues to be developed and

new components and documents will be added in the future.

Absenteeism (Dotweb Cloud):• Dotweb Cloud is the replacement

for Verzuimsignaal • Follow up sickness absence

MyVDL Talent (Talentsoft): • Training• Performance and assessment

• The sender of the email is

noreply@youforce.com.

• Didn’t receive your email?

Check your spam box.

• Click on the link in the email and

follow the instructions.

• Download the PingID app on your

smartphone (via the App Store or

Google Play). When logging in, you will

be asked for an additional code.

This code is automatically generated in

the PingID app. Scan the QR code and

now you can log in securely.
