Founding Member Program



The founding member program at

MyWclub was created to allow individuals to get in on the ground floor

of an exciting new business enterprise

and participate in its development andsuccess. We are giving the public a

chance to invest in an opportunity that

was previously only available to VentureCapitalists, Angel Investors, Pension

Groups, and the like.



In May of 2009 a founding member

program was tested, and it proved thatthe method is viable.

It demonstrated that not only did theprogram raise funds for development,

but it also provided a community of people with knowledge and ideas that

were very useful to the project.



To become a founding member, you must make aminimum contribution of $1,000 Canadian Dollars.In return, you will receive:

A preferred corporate share issued by MyWclub Canada Inc.

The opportunity to participate in the growth of our project

A source of additional revenue

As a founding member, there are two opportunitiesto receive a return on your investment:

Immediate: referral fee

In the future: percentage of gross revenue (member’s pool)

How it works



Sponsoring & Hosting

• When you sponsor anindividual that becomes afounding member, you receiveup to 25% of the amount

contributed.• If you host a meeting you

receive 5% of all amountscontributed from individualsbecoming founding members.

• If you are the sponsor and thehost, you receive 25%

Gross Revenue PoolProceeds

• Once MyWclub is launched,you will participate in afounding member’s pool whichreceives 20% of each reply

generate by a query in Canada.• You get paid based on the

number of shares you hold.

• You get paid on the 15th of the

following month…everymonth!

• The pool proceeds will beaudited yearly.



Example Sponsoring

•

Let’s say

you

sponsor

3

people a week for the next 6 months at $1,000 each.

• 3 X $1,000 = $3,000

• $3,000 X 25% = $750

• $750 per week

• 24 weeks at $750 = $18,000

• If each person gave you $2,000 = $36,000

• That’s a yearly income of $72,000



Example Hosting

• Let’s say you hosted 2

meetings

a

week

for 6 months and each time the total amount collected was $12,000

• $12,000 X 2 = $24,000

• $24,000 X 5% = $1,200• 24 weeks at $1,200 =

$28,800 or

a

yearly

income of $57,600

• Not bad for helping people!

• How many times would we use MyWclub.com to conclude our transactions?



Example• Let’s say that 25% of the households in Canada use it 3 times a month or 36 times a year and that on average they generated 5 replies.

• 25% of 16,000,000 is 4,000,000

• 4,000,000 X 3 requests X 12 months = 144,000,000

• 144,000,000 X 5 replies = 720,000,000 @ $0.50 cents = $360,000,000

• $360,000,000 Dollars!



What about the pool?• $360,000,000 X 20% = $72,000,000 Dollars

• $72,000,000 / 3,500 shares = $20,571 Dollars per share, per year.
