• Section Assessments–Briefquestionsregardingthelesson’sconceptssupportingtheEssentialQuestion. •Chapter Assessments–In-depthquestionsaboutthechaptertoassessyourchild’sknowledgeofconceptsandskills.

Throughouteachlessonyouandyourchildwillencounteradditionalfeaturesthatsupportthelessons,andchallengeyourchildtothinkmoredeeplyabouttheconceptsandtheEssentialQuestion.Additionally,asyourchildprogressesthroughthecourse,heorsheshouldfollowalongintheStudent Journaltoapplytheirskillstothesupportingexercises.
