Estimados/as compañeros/as: Durante la tercera semana de enero se celebró en Ploiesti, capital de la región rumana de Prahova, la cuarta reunión del Comité Científico del proyecto EOSLATP. El objetivo principal de esta reunión era discutir y acordar varios aspectos aún pendientes de la Guía para la Evaluación de la Práctica Docente, y poner el punto final a su texto. El ob-jetivo se cumplió casi en su totalidad, ya que tan solo quedó por finalizar la redacción de las conclusiones y completar los anexos. Gracias a la magnífica organización del equipo de Prahova, hemos disfrutado una inol-vidable semana, productiva en lo profesional y cálida en lo personal, a pesar del frío reinante en el invierno rumano. Hemos preparado esta nueva entrega de nuestro boletín con información interesante del trabajo realizado y de las actividades culturales que completaban el programa de la semana. Ahora es el momento de mirar hacia Bolzano (Italia), donde se celebrará el próximo en-cuentro en marzo. Allí se abordará el contenido de las lecciones del curso online que estamos preparando en esta fase del proyecto. Un cordial saludo,

1- INTRODUCTION

Dear colleagues, During the third week of January, the fourth mobility week of the Scientific Committee of EOSLATP project took place in Ploiesti, the capital of the Romanian Prahova County. The main objective of this meeting was to discuss and to agree on several aspects of the Guide for Teachers’ Practice Evaluation that had not yet being agreed, and to put an end to its contents. The objective was practically achieved, as only the drafting of the conclusions and the appendixes were left to be finished.

Thanks to the excellent management made by the local team of Prahova, we spent an unforgettable week, both professionally ef-ficient and personally warm, despite the cold weather in the Ro-manian winter.

We have got ready this new edition of our newsletter to spread information about the job done as well as about the cultural activ-ities that rounded out the program.

Now it is time to look ahead to Bolzan (Italy), where the next meeting will take place in March. The content of the lessons for an online course on teachers’ practice evaluation that we are get-ting ready will be the subject at this stage of the project.

1– SARRERA Lagun preziatuok:

Urtarrileko hirugarren astean, EOSLATP proiektuaren batzorde zientifikoaren laugarren batzarra gauzatu egin zen Ploiestin, Erru-maniako Prahova eskualdearen hiriburuan. Bilera horretarako haren helburu nagusia zen hainbat Irakasleen Praktikaren Ebaluatzeko Gidan erabaki gabeko aspektuak ezta-baidatzea eta adostea, eta amaiera borobila ematea edukiari. Hel-burua ia erabat lortu zen, ondorioen idazmena eta eranskinak gehitzea bakarrik geratu baitzen bukatzear. Prahovako taldearen lan bikainari esker, ahaztezina izango zaigu han eman genuen astea, arlo profesionalean eraginkorra izan baitzen, eta arlo pertsonalean beroa, Errumaniako neguko hotz go-rria nagusi izan arren. Gure berripaperaren ale berri hau prestatu dugu egindako lana za-baltzeko eta egitaraua osatu zuten jarduera kulturalen berri emate-ko. Orain Bolzano (Italia) aldera begiratzeko garaia da, non hurrengo batzarra izango den martxoan. Topaketa horretako gai nagusia Moodle ikastaroaren ikasgaiak izango dira, irakasleen praktikaren ebaluazioaren inguruan.

1. Consensuar el contenido de cada una de las secciones de la Guía para la Evaluación de la Práctica Docente, de manera colaborativa y aportando un valor añadido a la versión contenida en el último bo-rrador.

La semana dio comienzo el domingo 15 de octubre con una reunión informal de bienvenida y

una cena en el Hotel Central de Ploiesti donde nos alojamos los participantes. Esta fue la primera ocasión en que pudimos probar platos típicos de la excelente gastronomía de la región de Prahova.

Al día siguiente, lunes, acudimos a la sede de ISJ Prahova, donde fuimos recibidos por una represen-

tación de inspectoras y nos dio la bienvenida Nicolae Angelescu, Inspector General de Educación de la región. Hubo varias presentaciones acerca de las funciones y el trabajo de la inspección educativa de Prahova: el Sr. Angelescu explicó el sistema educativo rumano; El Sr. Horia Victor Toma, Subdirector General de la Inspección y miembro del Comité Científico, presentó la semana; la Sra. Lacrimioara Cojoianu, Inspectora de Organización y miembro del Comité Científico, habló de los diferentes tipos de inspecciones que se implementan en Rumanía; seguidamente, el Sr. Aurel Graur, inspector responsable de programas inter-nacionales y miembro del Comité Científico, realizó una presentación sobre el recorrido histórico de la inspección de Prahova en programas europeos, y explicó los proyectos actualmente en curso. Posteriormente, dos inspectoras del equipo del País Vasco mostraron el plan de trabajo en relación con la Guía para la Evaluación de la Práctica Docente. Explicaron la organización de las sesiones de trabajo y las tareas que los participantes desarrollarían durante la semana para discutir los puntos dudosos o con-trovertidos, y para acordar la versión final de la Guía.

Se formaron dos grupos para analizar los diferentes capítulos de la Guía y hacer propuestas. Las decisiones se tomaron en gran grupo. Los miembros del Comité Científico pertenecientes a las dos universidades desarrollaron tareas diferentes. Paul Cammack, de la Universidad de Cum-bria, en calidad de asesor del proyecto y experto en evaluación de la práctica docente, supervisaría el trabajo de los dos grupos, a fin de garantizar la cohe-rencia y la corrección de los conteni-dos y cooperaría con las representan-tes del equipo coordinador en la prepa-

ración de los resúmenes diarios en los que plasman el trabajo realizado, los acuerdos y las tareas pen-dientes. Por otra parte, Petros Pasiardis, evaluador externo del proyecto, observaría el proceso de trabajo y realizaría propuestas de mejora en relación no solo con los contenidos, sino también con respecto a la organización de las sesiones de trabajo. Ambos miembros del Comité Científico ayudarían en la toma de decisiones proporcionando referencias científicas para la mejora del producto final. Cada participante recibió una copia del último borrador de la Guía así como copias de la presentación en las que estaban señalados los aspectos dudosos que deberían ser aclarados o discutidos, plantillas para recoger sugerencias de los dos grupos de trabajo y hojas de evaluación diarias. Seguidamente, el grupo trabajó intensamente en varios capítulos de la Guía. Al final de las sesiones de trabajo, habíamos finalizado el repaso de los tres capítulos iniciales: 1 Introducción, 2 Propósito y carac-terísticas, y 3 Contexto. El día concluyó con una magnífica sorpresa cultural. Tomamos pan con sal, una tradición rumana para expresar su hospitalidad. A continuación, estudiantes y profesores del Colegiul Economic “Virgil Madgearu’ de Ploiesti ofrecieron una excelente muestra de danzas y canciones tradicionales rumanas.

El martes abordamos el trabajo del capítulo 4: Pautas generales para la evaluación de la práctica do-

cente. Este resultó ser el capítulo más dificultoso. En todo caso, se produjo un clima de trabajo amistoso y productivo, basado en la confianza y en la participación de todos los miembros del grupo.

Las sesiones de trabajo del martes se interrumpieron al mediodía para visitar el Museo Nacional de Ciencias (Muzeul Judetean de Stiintele Naturii) de Ploiesti, un lugar para disfrutar y aprender, y donde fuimos recibidos por su directora. Al final del martes nos encontramos con otra interesante actividad cultural: un concierto ofrecido por la orquesta filarmónica Paul Constantinescu, formada por estudiantes de la Escuela Superior de Artes Carmen Silva de Ploiesti.

El miércoles nos trasladamos a Sinaia, a 65 kilómetros de Ploiesti. La visita comenzó en el

centro de educación secundaria Colegiul Mihail Cantacuzino, donde la directora, Aurora Ariesan, ofreció una presentación del centro educativo y de la forma en que se aborda la evaluación de la práctica docente. Cuatro veces al año se realizan observaciones de clase de todos los profesores y profesoras. La directora, la subdirectora y los jefes de los departamentos participan en esta ta-rea. La visita continuó con un trayecto en teleférico al pico más alto de las montañas Bucegi. Tras una nueva sesión de trabajo, se dieron por finalizados los capítulos 4, 5 y 6 de la Guía. Todavía hubo tiempo para otras dos espléndidas visitas culturales: El castillo Peles, extraordinaria residencia de verano de la monarquía romana en el pasado, y el Casino de Sinaia, este último convertido en un centro cultural en la actualidad.

El jueves visitamos el edificio de la sede de la administración local y regional de Prahova. Tras

el recibimiento de las autoridades regionales, asistimos a varias interesantes presentaciones rea-lizadas por representantes de diferentes sectores del sistema educativo de Prahova: profesoras de formación del profesorado de Universitatea Petrol-Gaze Ploiesti, la directora del centro de for-mación del profesorado, inspectores e inspectoras, profesores y profesoras así como directores y directoras de centros educativos. A continuación de las presentaciones se estableció un diálogo entre los representantes del sistema educativo de nuestros anfitriones y los miembros del proyecto, en el que surgieron interesantes cuestiones. La siguiente sesión de trabajo la de-dicamos a cerrar los apartados de la Guía aún pendientes, con la sensa-ción de que los objetivos de la se-mana estaban al alcance de la mano. Como viene siendo habitual en nuestro proyecto, el jueves finalizó con nuestra cena oficial en un her-moso restaurante, donde se sirvie-ron exquisitas especialidades de la región. Durante las sesiones de trabajo del

viernes, se recordaron aspectos

administrativos y económicos del proyecto, y avanzamos cuestiones referentes a los dos próxi-mos encuentros del Comité Científico: M5 en Bolzano a finales de marzo, donde se terminará el curso online para los evaluadores de la práctica docente, M6 en julio en el País Vasco, así como el curso de verano cuyo programa está siendo cerrado en la actualidad.

Igandean, urriaren 15ean, hasiera eman genion asteari, lagunarteko giro beroan eta afariaz

gozatuz, Hotel Central Ploiestin hotelean, hain zuzen ere; aste osoa eman genuen hotelean. Hau izan zen lehenengo aukera Prahova eskualdeko gastronomia bikainaren zenbait plater dastatzeko.

Hurrengo egunean, astelehenean, ISJ Prahovaren egoitzara hurbildu ginen. Han ikuskaritzaren

zenbait kidek harrera egin ziguten, eta Nicolae Angelescuk, Prahovako Ikuskari Nagusi jaunak, on-gietorria eman zigun.

Aurkezpen batzuk egin ziren Prahovako ikuskaritza funtzioen eta lanaren inguruan: Angelescu jau-nak hitz egin zuen Errumaniako hezkuntza sistemari buruz; Horia Victor Toma jaunak, Ikuskariorde Nagusia eta Batzorde Zientifikoaren kideak, astearen aurkezpena egin zuen; Lacrimioara Cojoianu andrearen, Kudeaketa Ikuskaria eta Batzorde Zientifikoaren kidearen, aurkezpena ikuskatze mota desberdinei buruzkoa izan zen; ondoren, Aurel Graur jaunak, Nazioarteko Proiektuetarako Ikuskaria eta Batzorde Zientifikoaren kideak, egin zuen aurkezpenean urteetan zehar Prahovako ikuskaritza partaidetzak europar proeiktuetan izandako ibilbideaz aritu zen, eta egungo proiektuak azaldu zituen.

Beranduago, Euskadiko bi ikuskarik aurkeztu zuten astearen lan-egitasmoa, Irakasleen Praktika Ebaluatzeko Gidari zegokionez. Partaideek astean zehar garatuko zituzten lan sesioen antolaketa eta eginkizunak azaldu zituzten, puntu eztabaidagarriak eta zalantzazkoak eztabaidatzeko, eta Gida-ren azken bertsioa adosteko asmoz.

Jarraian, Ploiestiko Colegiul Economic “Virgil Mad-gearu”-ko ikasleez eta irakasleez osatutako taldeak Errumania-ko kanta eta dantza tradizionalak eskaini zizkiguten.

Asteartean, gogor ekin genion 4. Kapituluaren lanari. Kapi-

tulu honen gaia Irakasleen Praktika Ebaluaziorako Jarraibideak da. Hau izan zen kapitulurik zailena. Hala eta guztiz ere, oso lan giro atsegina egon zen, konfidantza eta taldeko kide guztien lan-kidetza egon zelarik.

Eguerdian, lan saioak moztu ziren Ploiestiko Zientzia Mu-seoa, “Muzeul Judetean de Stiintele Naturii” bisitatzeko. Mu-seoko zuzendariak ongietorria eman zigun. Museo hau ondo pasatzeko eta ikasteko tokia da.

Iluntzean, beste jarduera kultu-ral atsegin bat izan genuen: Ploiestiko “Carmen Silva” Arte Goi Eskolako ikasleez osatutako orkrestaren kontzertua, hain zu-zen ere.

Asteazkenean, Sinaira joan

ginen, Ploiestitik 65 kilometrota-ra dagoen hiri batera. Lehenik, Colegiul Mihail Cantacuzino bi-garren hezkuntzako eskolara joan ginen. Bertan, Zuzendariak, Aurora Aresian andereak, ikastetxearen aurkezpena egin zuen eta ira-kasleen praktikak ebaluatzeko euren modua azaldu zigun. Urtero irakasle guztien gelako behaketa egi-ten da lau aldiz. Zuzendariak, zuzendari ordeak eta mintegi-buruek parte hartzen dute ebaluatzaile gisa.

Bisitaldiak aurrera egin zuen, teleaulkiz Bucegi Mendietako gailur altuenera igo ginela.

Beste lan saio baten ondoren, Gidaren 4., 5. eta 6. atalak bukatutzat eman genituen.

Astia geratu zitzaigun beste bi sekulako jarduera kultural egiteko: Peles gaztelua, iraganean Errumania-ko errege-erreginen udako egoitza, eta Sinaiako kasinoa, egun kulturgune bilakatua bisitatzeko, hain

zuzen ere.

Ostegunean, Prahovako lurraldeko administrazioaren zein Ploiesti udalaren egoitzaren eraikinera

abiatu ginen. Agintarien agurraren ostean, Prahovako hezkuntza sistemaren zenbait ordezkarik eskaini ziztuzten aukezpen interesgarriak entzun genituen, besteak beste: Petrol-Gaze Ploiesti Unibertsitateko Irakasleen Prestakuntzako irakasleak, Irakasleen Prestakuntza Zuzendariak, ikuskariak, irakasleak eta ikastetxetako zuzendariak. Auzkezpenak egin eta gero, gure anfitrioen hezkuntza-sistemaren ordezka-rien eta gure proeiktuaren partaideen artean elkarrizketa sortu zen, hainbat gai interesgarri hizpide izan zirelarik.

Hurrengo lan saioan Gidaren bukatu gabeko zenbait atal burutzeari ekin genion.

Gure proiektuaren batzarretan ohi denez, osteguna amaitzeko, afari ofiziala izan zen jatetxe eder ba-tean. Bertan tokiko plater oso gozoak dastatu genituen.

Ostiraleko lan saioetan kudeaketa gaiak eta diru kontuak gogoratu genituen, eta hurrengo bi batza-

rretara begira jarri ginen: M5 Bolzanon (Italia) martxoaren bukaera aldean, non atazarik nagusiena onli-ne ikastaro baten diseinua bukatzea izango den, irakasleen praktika ebaluatzaileentzat; M6 Euskadin; eta udako ikastaroa, egitaraua oraindik erabat itxi gabe daukana.

The week began on Sunday 15 October with a warm informal welcome meeting and dinner

at the Hotel Central Ploiesti, where the participants stayed. This one was our first chance for tasting some typical dishes from Prahova region’s excellent gastronomy.

Next day, Monday, we went to the offices of ISJ Prahova where we were received by rep-

resentatives of the inspectorate, and there was a warm welcome by the Host Inspectorate, General School Inspector of ISJ Prahova, Nicolae Angelescu.

There were also presentations by various representatives of the County School Inspectorate about the inspectorate functions and work: Mr Angelescu spoke about the Romanian education-al system; the Deputy General School Inspector, Mr Horia Victor Toma (member of our Sci-entific Committee) presented the week, the Management school inspector Lacrimioara Cojoianu (member of our Scientific Committee) provided a presentation on the types of school inspec-tion; following, International Project school inspector, Aurel Graur (member of our Scientific Committee) gave his own presentation about ISJ Prahova European Projects along the years and explained the current projects.

Afterwards, two members from the Basque Country presented the working plan related to the Guide for Teachers’ Practice Evaluation. They explained the organization and tasks of the partners in order to discuss doubtful or controversial points, and to make decisions to agree on the final version of the Guide. Two groups were arranged in order to analyse the chapters of the Guide, and to make pro-posals. The decisions were taken by the plenary. The two University members of the SC contributed developing other tasks. Paul Cammack, from the University of Cumbria, as an adviser and expert on teaching practice evaluation, should monitor both groups to guarantee the coherence and scientific accurateness of the con-tents. He would also cooperate with the representatives of the coordinator team in getting ready the daily minutes that include the job done, agreements and outstanding tasks. On the

other hand, Petros Pashiardis, as an external evaluator of the project, should observe the working process, as well as make improvement proposals not only about the contents but also about the working sessions development. Both Scientific Committee members should help taking decisions as well as providing scientific references to foster the quality of the final output. Every partner received a photocopy of the last draft of the Guide, copies of the power point presentation including the doubtful points of the guide to be discussed, sheets for collecting suggestion from the two work teams and dai-

ly evaluation sheets.

Following, there was a lot of work on the various chapters of the “Guide for the Evaluation of Teachers’ Practice”. By the end of the working day, we had finished working on Chapters 1 Introduction, 2 Purpose and Characteristics, and 3 Context.

The day concluded with a great cultural surprise. We had bread and salt, a Romanian tradi-tion indicating hospitality. This was followed by excellent Romanian traditional dancing and singing by the students and teachers of the Colegiul Economic “Virgil Madgearu’ of Ploiesti.

On Tuesday, very hard work followed on Chapter 4, which is the Guidelines for Teachers’

Evaluation Practice. This proved to be the most difficult chapter. In any case, there was a very enjoyable and productive working atmosphere based on trust and participation of all the members of the group.

At midday, the working sessions interrupted to visit the National Museum of Science “Muzeul Judetean de Stiintele Naturii of Ploiesti”, which is indeed a place to play and learn, and we were welcomed by its director.

At the end of the day we enjoyed another cultural activity: Concert of the Philarmonica Paul

Constantinescu, being students from “Carmen Silva” High School of Arts, Ploiesti excellent

musicians.

On Wednesday, we went to Sinaia, a town around 65 kilometres from Ploiesti. The visit

started in the secondary school Colegiul Mihail Cantacuzino, where the read teacher, The

head teacher, Mrs. Aurora Ariesan, gave a presentation of the school and the way they go

ahead with the teacher's practice evaluation. Classroom observation of every teachers of this

school is performed four times in a school year. The head teacher, the deputy head teacher

and the heads of departments are involved in this

task.

The visit continued with the ride on the gondolas and

climbing up to the highest points on the Bucegi Moun-

tains.

After another working session, chapters 4, 5 and 6

of the Guide were finished.

There was still time for two more splendid cultural visits:

Peles Castel, an extraordinary summer residence for the kings of Romania in the past, and

the Casino of Sinaia, a cultural center nowadays.

On Thursday, we went to the Prahova County Council Municipality building. Following the

authorities’ welcome, we enjoyed very interesting presentations by various actors in the edu-

cational system of Prahova such as: Professors from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze Ploiesti, the

Director of the Teacher Training Centre, Inspectors, Teachers, and School Leaders. After

the presentations, many interesting points were raised during the discussion that followed,

between the representatives of the educational system of the host country and the members

of the project.

The next working session was devoted to ending some outstanding sections of our Guide.

As usually in our project, Thursday’s end was our official dinner, in a beautiful restaurant, where delicious local specialities were served.

During the works sessions of Friday, several administrative and paper related issues were

reminded, and we moved forward the next two meetings: M5 in Bolzano at the end of March, where the main task will have to finalise: the online course for evaluators of teaching prac-tice, and the M6 in the Basque Country in July, as well as the summer course which pro-gram is currently being ended.

5– EVALUACIÓN


Las evaluaciones diarias de los miembros del Comité Científico fueron excelentes. Las sesiones de trabajo recibieron valoraciones positivas en relación con su utilidad para el logro de los objeti-vos. Consecuentemente, la evaluación final del logro de los objetivos fue muy buena. Ofrecemos la media para los cuatro objetivos mencionados anteriormente (escala de 0 a 5): Objetivo 1: 5 Objetivo 2: 4,7 Objetivo 3: 4,8 Objetivo 4: 4,7 Petros Pashiardis, evaluador externo del proyecto EOSLATP realizó su habitual informe de la se-mana, del que hemos destacado los siguientes aspectos: Las dificultades creadas por el hecho de que diferentes miembros de los equipos locales que par-ticipen en las reuniones no han tenido lugar en esta ocasión. Esta vez no ha habido cambios, lo que ha ayudado al grupo enormemente a la continuidad, la consistencia del proyecto y a la capa-cidad de las personas para crear y mantener buenas relaciones de trabajo.

El equipo coordinador de la Inspección del País Vasco así como el representante de la Universi-dad de Cumbria habían realizado un excelente trabajo previo y proporcionaron una versión casi finalizada de la Guía.

La estrecha coordinación entre el equipo coordinador y el equipo anfitrión de Rumanía durante el periodo de planificación de la semana.

La competencia lingüística continua siendo muy importante. Muchas discusiones sobre concep-tos y vocabulario surgen del hecho de que casi todos los miembros del grupo no somos hablantes nativos de inglés. Esto es comprensible, pero necesitamos mejorar y continuar clarifi-cando qué queremos decir exactamente con los términos que utilizamos.

Cuando alguien hace una intervención, es nece-sario que su sugerencia sea muy concreta, lo que contribuirá a la eficacia y eficiencia del gru-po.

Resulta útil y productivo haber recibido previa-mente información acerca de aspectos relaciona-dos con nuestro proyecto.

Las dos tareas principales de nuestro proyecto (las dos guías) están prácticamente completadas en los plazos del proyecto.

El trabajo realizado vale la pena, y además el proyecto finalizará en julio con un evento impor-tante en el marco de los cursos de verano de la Universidad del País Vasco

Batzorde Zientifikoak egindako eguneroko ebaluazioak bikainak izan ziren. Lan-saioak helbu-ruak lortzeko baliagarriak zirela kontsideratu zen. Ondorioz, helburuen lorpena ebaluatzean, oso maila altua adierazi zen. Hona hemen goian aipatutako lau helburuen batez besteko ba-lorazioa (0-5 tartea):

Petros Pashiardisek, EOSLATP proiekturen kanpo ebaluatzaileak asteari buruzko ohiko txos-tena burutu zuen. Txosten horren ondorengo puntuak azpimarratu ditugu:

Batzar honetan ez dira suertatu aurreko batzar batzuetan sortu ziren zailtasunak, tokiko taldeetan hainbat ordezkari egoteagatik. Oraingo honetan aldaketarik ez da egon, eta hori oso lagungarria izan da, alde batetik, jarraipena eta sendotasuna lortzeko; eta bes-tetik, lan-harreman onak sortzeko eta sustatzeko pertsonen gaitasuna hobetzeko.

Euskadiko taldeak eta Cumbriako Unibertsitatearen ordezkariak lan aparta egina zuten Gidaren azken bertsioa ia hornitu baitzuten.

Talde koordinatzailearen (Euskadi) eta talde anfitrioiaren (Errumania) arteko koordinazio estua batzarra prestatze garaian.

Hizkuntza gaitasunak jarraitzen du oso garrantzitsua izaten. Kontzeptuei eta hiztegiari dagozkien eztabaida asko sortzen dira, taldekide gehienon ama hizkuntza ez delako in-gelesa. Ulergarria da, baina hobetu behar dugu eta jarraitu behar dugu argi uzten zehatz-mehatz zer esan nahi dugun erabiltzen ditugun hitzekin.

Norbaitek hitza hartzen duenean, zehatza izan behar du bere iradokizuna egitean, lagu-ngarria izango baita talde osoaren eraginkortasunari eta eragingarritasunari heltzeko ere.

The daily evaluations made by the members of the Scientific Committee were exce-llent. The working session were considered positive on their utility to achieve the objectives. Consequently, the final evaluation on this subject was very good. We show here the average for the four objectives mentioned above (score 0-5):

Petros Pashiardis, as an external evaluator of EOSLATP project, made his usual re-port on the week. We have highlighted the following issues from it:

Difficulties created by the fact that diverse members of the national teams participate on the meetings did not happen this time. This time there were not changes, so it has been enormously helpful for the continuity and consistency of the project and for the ability of the persons to really create and sustain good working relationships.

The Basque Inspectorate Team as well as the representative of the University of Cumbria did an excellent job in providing an “almost” final copy of the Guide.

Close coordination between the coordinator team (Basque Country) and the host-ing country (Romania) during the planning period.

Language proficiency continues to be very important. Many of the discussions we have on concepts and vocabulary stem from the fact that almost all of us are not native English speakers. This is understandable, but we do need to improve on this and keep clarifying what we mean exactly with the terms we use.

When someone has a point he/she needs to be very concrete in his/her sugges-tion. It will be helpful to the effectiveness and efficiency of the group as a whole.

It is very useful and produces a lot of growth to keep having interesting and informative lectures/presentation about issues related to our project.

Both major tasks (the two guides) are almost completed within the timeframes of the project.

The work produced so far is worthy, and thus, the project will end in July with a significant event, within the summer courses of the University of the Basque Country.


6– CONCLUSIONES

Los objetivos de la semana se han cumplido satisfactoriamente.

La base para el trabajo de esta semana se estableció en la M3 (Lisboa, octubre 2016). Enton-ces se decidió cuál iba a ser la estructura de la Guía para la Evaluación de la Práctica Docen-te y cómo iba a desarrollarse el trabajo del primer borrador. El equipo coordinador junto con Paul Cammack de la Universidad de Cumbria desarrollaron los conteni-dos. El borrador se envió al resto de los socios y estos realizaron numero-sas correcciones, sugerencias y pro-puestas. Todo este trabajo previo por parte de los socios ha sido muy im-portante para realizar el trabajo pla-neado en Ploiesti.

El contenido de la Guía ha sido prác-ticamente finalizado. Los ejemplos de niveles y criterios de evaluación del capítulo 4 necesitan ser modifica-dos, las conclusiones redactadas y los anexos completados. Se han re-partido estas tareas de manera que estén finalizadas en febrero de 2017.

Todavía ha sido necesario introducir nuevos ajustes en los plazos para las actividades de difusión de la Guía para la Evaluación de Líderes Escolares, debido a que las traducciones en las lenguas de los países de los socios requieren más tiempo del que había sido previsto. Sin embargo, estos retrasos no afectarán sustancialmente la realización de todas las actividades programadas antes del fin del proyecto.

El compromiso de todos los socios se ha demostrado en esta ocasión como en las anteriores reuniones. Cada miembro del Comité Científico aportó su punto de vista a partir de su propia experiencia y conocimiento, lo cual ayudó enormemente al logro de los objetivos.

De cara al futuro se ha avanzado en el diseño y la organización de los dos encuentros que quedan por hacer. Además ha sido posible confirmar la presentación de un curso de verano de la Universidad de País Vasco en el que los socios actuarán como ponentes.

El equipo rumano realizó un excelente trabajo procurando los medios apropiados para el per-fecto desarrollo de las sesiones de trabajo, organizó encuentros y visitas interesantes así co-mo una excelente selección de actividades culturales.


6– ONDORIOAK


Astearen helburuak egokiro beteta izan dira.

Aste honen lanaren oinarria M3an (Lisboa, 2016 urria) jarri zen. Orduan erabaki zen zein izango zen Irakasleen praktika Ebaluatzeko Gidaren egitura, eta nola garatuko zen prozesua, lehenengo zirriborroa prestatzeko. Talde koordinatzaileak eta Cumbria Unibertsitateko Paul Cammackek edukiak garatu zituzten. Zirriborroa gainontzeko baz-kideei bidali zitzaien eta horiek zuzenketa ugari, iradokizunak eta proposamenak ekarri zituzten. Aurreko lan horiek guztiak inportanteak izan dira aurreikusitako lana Ploiestin gauzatzeko.

Gidaren edukia ia erabat burututa dago. Laugarren ataleko ebaluazio-mailak eta irizpi-deak egokitzea beharrezkoa da, ondorioak erredaktatu egin behar dira eta eranskinak osatu egin behar dira. Ataza horiek, 2017ko otsailean bukatuta egon daitezen progra-matu dira esperientziatik eta ezagutzatik, eta honek lagundu zuen asmoen lorpenean.

Etorkizunari begira, aurrerapausuak eman dira hurrengo batzarren diseinuan eta anto-laketan. Gainera Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatearen Udako Ikastaroetan gure partaidetza ziurtatzea posiblea izan da, bertan gure kideak hizlari izango dira.

Errumaniako taldeak baliabide egokiez hornitu zituen lan saioak arazorik gabe garatu ahal izateko halaber, topagune eta bisitaldi interesgarriak antolatu zituen, eta kultura jarduera aukeraketa ederra egin zuen.

The objectives of the week have been satisfactorily fulfilled.

The basis for the work of this meeting was settled in M3 (Lisbon, October 2016). There, it was decided what should be the structure of the Guide for the Teachers' Practice Evaluation and how the first draft was going to be prepared. The coordinator team, together with Paul Cammack, from University of Cumbria, developed contents. The draft was sent to the rest of the partners and they made corrections, suggestions and pro-posals to improve the text. All this previ-ous work was very important in order to do the work planned in Ploiesti.

The content of the Guide has been almost concluded. The examples of levels and criteria in chapter 4 need to be modified, conclusions to be drawn and annexes to be completed. These tasks have been scheduled so that they are completed in the month of February 2017.

We still needed to modify the deadlines to carry out the dissemination activi-ties of the Guide for the Evaluation of School Leaders, due to the fact that translations into the languages of the partners’ countries require longer than planned. These delays do not substantially affect the completion of all sched-uled activities before the end of the project.

The commitment of all partners has been proved on this occasion like in previ-ous meetings. Every member of the Scientific Committee provided his/her point of view from his/her experience and knowledge, which helped to achieve the goals.

Looking ahead, we made progress in the design and organization of the two remaining meetings. Besides, it was possible to confirm our participation in the Summer Courses of the University of the Basque Country, where the partners will act as lecturers.

The Romanian team has provided the appropriate means for the perfect devel-opment of the working sessions, organized interesting meetings and visits as well as an excellent selection of cultural activities.
