WHEREAS the City has, in principle, agreed toenter into a Settlement Agreement &Transaction with Laurin Laurin (1991) inc. tosettle the out-of-court action;
WHEREAS it is in the City's interest to resolvethis issue.

WHEREAS, according to By-iaw 1305 on SitePianning and Architectural IntegrationProgrammes, the issuance of some buildingpermits are subordinate to the priorrecommendation of plans by the PlanningAdvisory Committee;
WHEREAS according to section 3.2.2 of thisby-law. Council must decide on therecommendations of the Committee by way ofresolution.
