MatPART is an N3 M0 flexible fire-resistant mattress intended for draft chambers in rail and road tunnels.

It protects the power, control and optical fiber cables from fire for more than 4 hours continuously, including 2 hours under an increased hydrocarbon fire (HCM).

DescriptionMatPART is a flexible mattressprefabricated firestop 4h.

Variable dimensions depending on the size of the room to be protected.

Non-combustible materials, the mattress maintains electrical functionality (power control, LV, optical fiber).

Removable and repositionable on request without seal or intervention of technician (guaranteed fire rating).

Save installation time : no cutting on site, no breakage during handling...

Implementation• Position a peripheral angle 30x30mm galva 11cm minimum on the surface of the concrete pad and fix it using M8 studs or M8 concrete screws• Position a galvanized wire mesh type 100x50mm 6mm wire• Position the mattresses on the grid by putting them edge to edge• Replace the concrete pads on the surface of the draft chamber

• Repeat the operation in reverse for removal (keep the angles) and put back in place following implementation after intervention in the room
