N4 Transit Planning 4 All includes two phases:• “Hear” – Months 1-3: research and discover as much

as we can about the people and problems that need to be solved.

• “Create” – Months 4-6: take what was learned in the “Hear” phase and brainstorm the many different solutions.

Possible Challenges“Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them,

and it will change your life.” Amy Poehler

8

• Inconsistent steering committee meeting attendance• Difficulty scheduling meetings on days/times to accommodate

everyone’s scheduling needs• Feedback provided to transit agency with little to no results• Difficulty moving people with disabilities and older adults from

“advisory roles” to actual decision-making roles with voting opportunities

N4 is dedicated to building a more inclusive community for all! We will

continue to facilitate important discussions, advocate for and with people who still need a seat at the

planning table, and will develop strong partnerships to utilize all community assets during this project period and

beyond.
