JEFF MARX (Music and Lyrics, OriginalConcept). B'way debut. This is Jeff's firstmusical. He never intended to be a writer, butit's way more fun than practicing law! The bestyear of his life is documented in the film "ShowBusiness: The Road to Broadway." He'sextremely grateful to the hundreds of peoplewhose contributions helped make Avenue Q areality. STEPHEN GABRIEL (Executive Producer).As founding partner and President of Work LightProductions, Steve produced the national tours ofTony Award winning musicals Avenue Q and AYear With Frog and Toad, developed three newmusicals The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley,Frankly Ben, and The Ant and the Elephant, andproduced Julie Andrew's return to the concertstage in Julie Andrews-The Gift of Music withperformances at The Hollywood Bowl andupcoming engagements in London and Australia.Future projects in development include a newmusical based on Roald Dahl's James and the
Giant Peach premiering at the Goodspeed OperaHouse in 2010. Steve serves on the board of
International Perfonning Arts for Youth.
