    3. The release is subject to terms & conditions laid down in the Administrative Approval of

    the NMOOP isslied vide Jetter No.14-J/201 4-CA-lJ dated 25.04.20 J 4. The State Government i"

    requested to incur the expenditure strictly as per approved programmL: of NMOOP 20 J4-15. The

    funds released for SC/ST/Gencral Category have to be utilized for thc respective category only. The funds earmarked for SC/ST cannot be diverted for" Gencl"al Category. It may please be ensured to manage the expenditure within release made during current financial year.

    4. State Governments to submit separate Monthly Progress Report (MPR) for each of the

    Mini Mission".

    5. The payment of grant sanctioned above is recurring and may be debited to the above

    mentioned sub-head under intimation to this Department and the Finance Department of the

    State Government concerned.

    6. The payment sanctioned above is also subject to adjustment on the basis of audited ligures of expenditure in terms of Ministry of Finance letter No.2 (J 9)/P.11160 dated the 911i

    October, 1964.

    7. Accounts of the State Govt. in respect of NMOOP shall be open to test check by the ComptroJlerand Auditor Genera! of India at his discretion and he wilJ have the right to demand

    the production of books of accounts, vouchers and other documents in tbis regard.
