Nac Mac Feegles, also known as Pictsies are extremely small warrior fey standing between 3 to 9 inches. They resemble ugly human men with long beards and manes of thick matted red hair and skin covered by blue tattoos . Feegles are notorious thrill seeking ruffian fighters and gleefully enter combat on principle. They are also notorious thieves, stealing more for sport than anything and inveterate drunkards. Despite this they remain typically moral and compassionate, generous in aid to those who befriend them and unwilling to steal from the poor or harass the weak. They are a eusocial species living in hives dug out of old burial mounds or ruins. The center of each hive is a matriarch female spellcaster called a Kelda. The Kelda is the undisputed leader of a hive and commands through a lieutenant called The Big Man (often her husband) and the clan bard (called a Gonnagle ). Feegles with class levels are either Rangers or Barbarians. They grab the opponent by the head and violently headbut them between the eyes. This deals 2d8+3 damage and the target must make a fort save (16) or be knocked prone. Those that succeed the save by only 2 or less remain upright but are dazed for 1 turn.Feegle Swarm: When working in a group Feegles gain access to additional spell like abilities. See chart bellow. When using these abilities the Feegles all act as one unit, and thus individuals are not given their own turn. If in combat use the highest Feegles imitative for the groups. If required caster level for the spell is equal to 10+1/2 the number of Feegles in the swarm# of FeeglesAbilityEffect

TacticsFeegles are berserker fighters and begin every encounter with a charge to move into their targets square. They rely on their natural size and durability to withstand any initial blows. Subsequent to the initial charge they will either try to trip a target, or start to climb up them (often cutting with a dagger as they go) until they can deliver a Nac Mac Kiss. Though they cannot gain a flanking advantage they will use their small size to swarm and over whelming opponents. Feegles often enter a frenzy when fighting and during a fray if they cannot get access to their target will end their turn attacking anything within range (including their fellow Feegles, inanimate objects, or themselves), though when against other Feegles they will attempt nonlethal damage. This frenzy and disorganization is the sole reprieve from a Feegle encounter as they combine the evasiveness of a pixie with the strength of a fullsized human.
