August 2009 – March 2010• written contacts, the involvement of students and teachers
and the division of the tasks for students, • the preparation of the multilingual Czech-English-Swedish
dictionary of musical terms in the cooperation of the Czech and the Swedish school,
• the promotion of the project in the press and websites and noticeboards of GJP,
• the preparation of the invitations to the concerts, • the preparation of the PC presentation, • handing over the multilingual dictionaries to students and
teachers in the Czech Republic and Sweden, • the cooperation of students, teachers and parents including
town institutions during the preparation of the Swedish mobility
April 2010 – mobility• 13th to 19th April – a programme for Swedish students in the Czech
Republic,• welcoming the Swedish in Czech families,• an introductory evening with a concert performance of Czech students,• a presentation of the Czech Republic and Poděbrady, • sightseeing (Kutná Hora, Praha, Poděbrady),• excursions (Bohemia Glassworks),• a visit to the concert of the Czech Philharmony Orchestra in Rudolfinum, • a visit to the rehearsal of university folklore ensemble Gaudeamus Praha
and a lecture on Bohemian and Moravian folklore,• joint music rehearsals, • the preparation for concerts and studying joint repertoire (in Czech),• concerts at the Chateau of Loučeň and at the Evangelical Church in
Poděbrady, • a good-bye evening with music programmes of both countries
May – August 2010
• evaluating the first part of the project, • preparing the interim report,• promoting the project in the press, on the
web pages and noticeboards of the school,• music, language and organisational
preparation of Czech mobility
• 30th August – 9th September: Czech mobility (31 students, 5 teachers),• sightseeing in Lund, Stockholm, Uppsala,• an introductory music evening with a concert of Swedish students and
teachers,• a presentation of Swedish students and teachers in Örnsköldsvik,• Czech students‘ visit to lessons at the school,• joint music activities and studying joint repertoire,• concerts at the assembly hall of the school,• music, singing and instrumental workshops,• natural beauties of the Swedish north connected with music activities,• a good-bye evening with music programmes
September 2010 – mobility
October - December 2010
• the promotion of the project on the web pages of GJP, on the noticeboards, in the press and the concert programmes,
• introducing Swedish compositions at the Christmas concert of Czech students as a part of the promotion of the project,
• the evaluation and accounts of mobility,• compiling materials for the final part of the project
• creating photodocumentation of the whole project,• creating videodocumentation of the whole project,• creating the joint CD and DVD in cooperation with the Swedish
school,• the preparation of the final evaluation of the project, accounting and
filling in the report form,• the promotion of the project on the web pages of GJP, on the
noticeboards of the school, in the press as well as in the promotional materials at concerts of Czech students
• including compositions from the Czech-Swedish project in the repertoire of Czech students (the singing choir as well as orchestra),
• presenting the promotional CD and DVD to all the students involved in the project at the concert for the public in June
