What does NAFWAM do?NAFWAM (Nutrition and Fitness Wellbeing and Motivation) is an online support network for the promotion of healthy life choices.It provides on line mentoring to help members achieve their health and fitness goals and stay fit and healthy.

How does NAFWAM do it?Health and fitness outcomes are related, starting with key physical measures like weight and waist measurement and ending up at your level of self esteem.NAFWAM monitors the key indicators and helps members to use the indicators to change the nutrition and fitness activities that lead to poor health and poor well being
