"I would like to express extreme gratitude once again to all who helped me reach my goal of becoming an Evans Scholar at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I appreciate the effort it took by all to help me grow into confident and successful caddie, and the efforts it took to grant me this life-changing scholarship. Becoming an Evans Scholar has already provided me with the opportunity to enhance my education and work towards my goals, along with great friends and memories.
I was a freshman at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I expect to graduate during the 2022-2023 school year with a degree in biology. As of right now, I am on a Pre-Physician’s Assistant track, as I hope to go on to PA school after graduation at UW-Madison. I really enjoy helping people, and I have always had a particular interest in the medical field.
The Evans Scholarship has granted me great friendships that I know will last a lifetime, along with so many fun events. Furthermore, I have gained many role models through the Evans Scholarship, and I believe it is an environment that I will thrive and succeed in throughout my time at UW-Madison. I look forward to the next several years as an Evans Scholar, and I am extremely grateful to have been chosen as a recipient of the Chick Evans Scholarship."
The Evans Scholars Foundation is supported by the Western Golf Association and is currently providing full tuition and housing Evans Scholarships for 1,010 caddies of modest means around the
country. We are sincerely grateful for your support.
