    1. Introduction

    Project summary

    Nanoscience and nanotechnology representsnew approaches to research and development(R&D) that concern the study of phenomena andmanipulation of materials at atomic, molecular andmacromolecular scales. Nanotechnology currentlyunderpins many practical applications (medical, ICT,

    energy production, food-water, security, a broadrange of materials, etc.) and has the potential toenhance quality of life and environmental protection,and boost industrial competitiveness. The 30 monthslong NANOFORCE project started in May 2011.The project is performed in eight regions of theCentral Europe belonging to seven countries. It hasbeen developed by nine project partners, national& regional chemistry associations and R&D Centers

    in the Central Europe. The project is funded withinEuropean Territorial Cooperation Objective CENTRALEUROPE Program, Application round 3.

    Project challenges

    Even if knowledge in the eld of nanosciencesand its industrial application has been gradually

    increasing over the last 10 to 20 years in Europe,there is a need for greater international cooperationand research coordination to overcome disciplinaryboundaries, to ll the gap between more andless experienced regions and to turn investmentsin R&D in to industrial innovations. This is a majorchallenge for the EU economies and for the regionsof Central Europe.

    2. Objectives & methodology

    General project objective

    In line with the EU Strategy for Nanotechnology(2004) and the EU Action Plan for Nanoscience& Nanotechnology (2009), the general objectiveof the NANOFORCE project is to foster the innovativenanotechnology sector networks across CentralEurope regions by bringing together public andprivate organizations (enterprises, research centers,venture capitalists and public institutions) to carry out

    collaborative & interdisciplinary research projects onnanomaterials (in the frame of REACH Regulation)and to turn the most promising laboratory resultsinto innovative industrial applications, not only toproduce new materials, but also to improve industrialsustainability (more security & lower environmentalimpact in the product life cycles).

    Specific project objectives

    According to Priority 1.1 and the strategyof expanding industrial-oriented research in thenanotechnology sector within the given CentralEurope regions, the specic objectives of theNANOFORCE project are:

    1) Recommendations for the European Commissionto advance potential changes of REACH regulation

    for some specic nanomaterials according to the riskassessment carried out on selected nanomaterials

    2) Identify up to 100 potential deals betweenR&D Centers and large and SM Enterprisesof Central Europe to turn research into industrialprocesses

    3) Specic development of (up to) 8 transnationalbusinesses (e.g. joint ventures) after the end of theproject that go through the industrial applicationof innovative nanoproducts

    4) Nanotechnology roadmap for CE region composedby the Technological Rating and Business Plan

    5) Design an I.N.V.C.F. Interregional NanotechVenture Capital Fund after the project completion.

    Specific project outputs

    NANOFORCE project presents the way how todevelop nanotechnologies in a sustainable way toresearchers, managers, SMEs and public authorities:

    1) White Book of recommendations for the EuropeanCommission to advance potential changes of REACHregulation for some specic nanomaterials accordingto the risk assessment carried out on the selectednanomaterials

    2) NANODEALS GENERATOR ICT platform tosupport the commercialization of research results inthe Central Europe. It will allow young scientists withan entrepreneurial spirit to test their proposals, ndpotential partners and investors

    3) Technology rating methodology the new

    methodology how to create Exposure Scenarios andSafety Data Sheets as requested by the EU REACHRegulation

    4) Business plan consisting of a detailed feasibilitystudy and benets and risk assessment. It will becreated prior designing of an Interregional NanotechVenture Capital Fund

    5) International project publication issued at the endof the project, providing the technical description

    of project achievements.

    The approach and methodology

    Implementation of a framework analysis is planned(baseline reports and SWOT) concerning theinnovation level or gained experience in thenanotechnology sector of the chemical companiesand governance authorities in the CE region.

    The information collected in this phase contributesto the delivering a report for the CE region, while thevolume of information (including baseline reports for7 countries) will enhance the database (availableon the project website for public consultation). Oncethe market & research potential have been outlinedfor each region, LAB-analysis & exposure scenarioswill be delivered on 3 major sets of nanomaterials(e.g. titanium dioxide, zinc-oxide) to investigatethe potential health & environmental risksof nanoproducts to be commercialized and how they

    specically t in with the REACH Regulation.

    Nanotechnology Guidelines

    Indeed, acceptance of product and performancestandards, as well as further science-baseddevelopment of new products, depends on thedevelopment of sound measurement which supportsproduct safety & quality. Inputs will lead to thedevelopment of transnational guidelines for the

    responsible use and production of nanomaterials thatwill subsequently be adapted at the local level by all

    PPs according to the main industrial attitudes of theNANOFORCE concerned regions. Local workshopswith key-stakeholders are planned to enlarge theacceptance basis. Then, based on the LAB tests,recommendations will be mainstreamed to theEuropean Commission with the aim of improvingthe implementation of current EU legislation & the

    regulatory approach towards nanotechnologyin Europe.

    Nanotechnology platform

    Subsequently NANOFORCE tackles the issueof fostering a cluster of innovation and industrialapplications of nanotechnology across CE: thelaunch of the innovative ICT nanotechnology platformNanodeals Generator, which will connect researchwith SMEs & the chemical industry (knowledge to

    business approach) to boost Nano R&D and openinnovation among chemical nanotech companies.The Nanodeals Generator will operate throughoutthe project duration, and through this NANOFORCEexpects to facilitate up to 100 innovative nanotechdeals between enterprises and R&D centersof different countries. This intention is supportedby a CE Nanotechnology Roadmap that providestools to dene and assess progress in nanotech& penetration into its mature phase of industrial

    development.

    3. Relevance

    History of the project idea

    At the end of 2006, Federchimica, the Italian

    Chemical Industry Association, launched theProgramme named NIC Nanotechnologies in theChemical Industry. The aim has been to studythe potential of nanotechnologies for the DownstreamUser Sectors, according to the EUs societal needs.During 11 workshops and 3 national conferencesin Italy, the rst European network was established;the National Plans of 7 Member States (D, SF, F,B, NL, S, UK) were analyzed; 25 academic spin-offs and start-ups were identied and presentedto the European Venture Capitalists Community

    (7 of them have become Partners of the Programme);a preliminary position paper was written on the risksand benets of Nanotechnologies. Establishmentof a stable Community with Central EuropeanPartners emerged as an opportunity to pursuein line with the EU Strategy for Nanotechnology(2004) and the EU Action Plan for Nanoscience& Nanotechnology (2009).

    Priorities and scope of intervention

    In nanotech sectors, framework conditions arent set

    by public authorities at different levels. In particular,there are no specic laws on nanotechnology.Moreover, in all countries interested in the project,there is increasing concern regarding possible risksderiving from the application of nanotechnologyin market products. This is mainly due to lackof, or poor information in the eld. Thus, theNANOFORCE project which is in line withPriority 1 of the Central Europe Programme aimsat bringing together public and private organizationsto carry out collaborative & interdisciplinary

    research on nanomaterials and to create favorabletechnical and nancial conditions to turn the mostpromising laboratory results into innovative industrialapplications.

    International cooperation

    National and regional policies and programs havean important place in funding nanotechnologyR&D in Europe. It is recognized, however, thatnational capacities have often proven inadequatefor the creation of world-class poles of excellence.

    There is an urgent need for these programs to becoordinated so that effort is consolidated andfocused on ensuring a critical mass and greaterimpact on the three key synergetic axes: research,infrastructure and education. In order to stimulatethe use of nanotechnology in applications andto increase and capitalize upon the interdisciplinarynature of nanotechnology R&D, it is importantfor national programs on chemistry & nanomaterialsto be coordinated in a way that ensures critical massin applied R&D, which combines various scientic

    competences, and boosts the nancing of ventures.

    The project will run four levels of transnational

    cooperation:

    1. Technical level:joint assessment of 3 majornanomaterials through LAB analysis to estimate howthey specically t in with the REACH Regulation.

    2. Networking level:the project promotes dialogue

    between the main chemical associations of CentralEurope an Countries and address better governance,codes of practices, safety & regulation applicationsunder the REACH Regulation, joint capacity buildingto gather market-oriented research and educationalexchange programs.

    3. Market level:tools provided by NANOFORCE,such as the common B2B (Business to Business)platform (nanodealgenerator) & the transnationaltechnological rating, support the supply and demand

    match-making between enterprises and companiesof the partners regions towards achieving theobjective of 100 deals and 8 effective nanotechbusinesses.

    4. Financing level:one transnational businessplan to create an Interregional NanotechVenture Capital Fund to nance innovative ideaswith nanomaterials will be delivered.

    4. Sustainability & Knowledge Management

    Sustainability of the projectachievements

    The convergence of nanotechnology with

    biotechnology, information technology & cognitivesciences increases opportunities for industrial

    innovation. It also raises important issuesrelating to safety, health security, environmentalimpacts & respect for EU Regulations related

    to nanotechnology materials. Project, followingan analysis of 3 major nanomaterials & the prole

    of performance/ standards, will provide the EuropeanCommission valuable information in relation

    to potential changes in the regulation of somespecic nanomaterials, in view of the update/ reviewof REACH Regulation scheduled at the end of 2011.

    This, if adopted by EC, will result in newly addressedrules for the EU chemical sector, with subsequent

    benets not only for the CE chemical companies,but for the whole EU chemical/ nanotech marketsegment.

    Transferability of the projectresults

    NANOFORCE will gather transnational cooperation

    in the CE area to answer to the need of concentratingresources & assure access to knowledge beyond

    the local scale. Additionally, the transferabilityof the transnational venture capital funds could be

    supported by establishing connections with otherpublic or private investors outside the cooperationareas (e.g. the most active countries in the nanotech

    R&D), or by intercepting the European InvestmentFunds after circulating the NANOFORCE business

    plan for the VC at the European Bank of Investments.Further potential for the transferability of the projectresults could be developed by linking the knowledge

    to business approach run by NANOFORCE withthe EU Framework Programs (FP) and CIP, with the

    aim of strengthening the role of nanotechnologiesresearch with respect to business application

    & enhancing the territorial capital of the EuropeanRegions. The results of the examined nanomaterialsand scenarios must be nally translated into

    commercially viable products and processes.NANOFORCE, with its support for the B2B platformcontributes to a favorable environment for innovationof the enterprises in the concerned project areas.

    All major project results (outputs) of NANOFORCEwill be freely available to the general public via theproject website.

    Knowledge management

    Progress in nanotechnology depends on a skilledworkforce and interdisciplinary approaches as wellas research infrastructure based on appropriatetechnology transfer mechanisms & schemes in order

    to progress towards industrial application andinnovation. One of the main assumptions of theNANOFORCE project concerns the effective capacityto gather nanotech knowledge (investing in humanresources) and contribute to transferring the appliedresearch to industry (knowledge to businessapproach). The knowledge management strategyof the project, which is part of the general projectmainstreaming strategy, will be implemented andundertaken by all project partners according to the

    following criteria:

    1. Overcoming disciplinary boundaries by makinguniversities and R&D centers closer in the LABanalysis with the aim of supporting scienceintegration and avoid duplication and fragmentationof the eld-research

    2. Giving fuel to the entrepreneurial mindset, byfacilitating the creation of poles of excellencein Central Europe along with other forms

    of academic-industry collaborations, such asthe course planned in WP6 to assist students& researchers in start-up/ spin-off of nanotechinnovative business

    3. Attracting young people to nanotechnologies(through addressed publications and info-daysplanned in the WP2) with the aim of encouragingthe young generation to engage in the discussionabout R&D, and by presenting it as a career option

    with many opportunities. This aspect is extremelyimportant because nanotechnology, despitebeing a fundamental knowledge, remains a nichetechnology. The NANOFORCE project contributesto bridging this gap and gives to students an idealopportunity for gaining hands-on experience intothis branch of R&D, as outlined by the Lisbon and EU

    2020 commitments.

    Target groups

    1) Companies operating in the nanotechnology sector

    Large companies & SMEs need a tool to accessrelevant info on R&D and the most promising ideasin the eld of nanotechnology to exploit potentialmarkets.

    2) Researchers Need to organize a coordinated approach tonanotech research in Central Europe and to moreeffectively transfer the applied research to industry.

    3) Venture capitalists

    Banks & venture capitalists assurances whenoffering risk capital to areas that are perceivedto have a high technical risk, uncertain time-to-market or could have negative ethical,health or environmental consequences likenanotechnologies.

    4) Industrial and Chemical Associationsand National Authorities

    Need to assess the effects on humanhealth, exposure and environmental impactsof nanomaterials before industrialization/commercialization in order to prole commonstandards in terms of safety & quality of products.

    5) European Commission, the European Parliament

    and the Economic and Social Committee Need to reassess nanomaterials with respectto the review of REACH Regulation in 2011.

    Working package 4

    How to foster the responsible use of nanotech

    and manage associated risks

    Provide concrete and empiric veried informationon applications of nanotechnology with regard to the

    public health, safety, consumer and environmentalprotection (in the context of the REACH Reg. andnational legislations).

    The WP foresees as a rst step the reviewof existing safety procedures and related legislationin nanotech research at the EU (REACH)and National level, regarding the evaluationof nanomaterials in their use and production toachieve an actual framework of regulations currentlyapplied in the CE area.

    The following activity is dedicated to the specictoxicological analysis of nanosubstances (at least 3)to evaluate their registration in the context of REACHRegistration and to investigate their potential forhealth & environmental hazards.

    The Safety Data Sheets and specic exposurescenarios will be elaborated to provide all safetyconcerns and toxicological data concerning potential

    risks linked to applications of nanotechnology.

    Data obtained through in-depth risk assessmentswill constitute a basis for elaboration of thetransnational guideline on nanotech responsiblemanagement successively adapted for localstakeholders.

    Those concerns will be also forwarded to

    the European Commission in form of the Bookof Recommendations useful for the planned revisionof the REACH Regulation in 2012.

    Working package 5

    Supporting Nano R&D commercialization

    & industrialization

    The project intends to implement innovative actionsin the nanotech sector and to foster collaborations

    between research and industry. The Lead Partner willdevelop an innovative ICT nanotechnology platform,named Nanodeals Generator, which will operatethroughout the duration of the project.

    This instrument will connect research andknowledge generating institutions with the chemicalindustry (research to business) and will provideexpertise tailored to individual needs along withsupport for innovative SMEs in launching new joint

    nanotechnology initiatives (nanodeals).

    Once the platform is developed, the partners willcommence support for the business to business(B2B) actions for enterprises.

    In this phase, the partners will carry outdissemination actions, in order to involve a great

    number of subjects, in the industrial or scienticsphere.

    The project estimates to facilitate up to 100innovative deals in the nanotechnology sector,between companies and R&D centers in differentcountries and/or regions.

    The 100 deals registered in the NanodealsGenerator will be evaluated through a TechnologyRating Methodology.

    This roadmap composed of TRM and the BusinessPlan of proposed INVC Fund provides the technical& nancial means to dene and assess progressin nanotech along with penetration into its maturephase of industrial development.

    Working package 6

    Interregional Nanotech Venture Capital Fund

    & Capacity Building

    Creation of an Interregional Nanotech Venture

    Capital Fund (I.N.V.C.F.) will be a strategic tool forthe acceleration of the deal ow proposals:

    I.N.V.C.F. will be proposed as a project follow-upfor fundraising to the international Venture Capitalistsoperating in the participating regions. It will bea specic proposal to provide funding to the identiednanotech initiatives.

    I.N.V.C.F. will enable better integration of the

    Venture Capitalists during the phases of scouting,identication, pre-analysis and evaluation of thenanodeals. It will create a common culture oninvestments towards innovative initiatives.

    I.N.V.C.F. will be based on the development of thepertinent Business Plan consisting of detailed SWOTanalysis and feasibility study, benets and riskassessment as well as detailed description of thefunctions and prospective effectiveness.

    Lead PartnerSC Sviluppo Chimica spa

    SC Sviluppo Chimica S.p.A. is a service companyfully owned by Federchimica, the Italian Federationof Chemical Industry, and pursues the strengtheningof the sector providing a broad range of professionaladvice aimed at improving its overall competitivenessand fostering territory development while cooperatingwith public institutions and their agencies promotinginvestment attraction. Sviluppo Chimica SC

    provides professional advice on funding researchand development, deploys innovation, managementconsulting, training, logistics, product and plantsafety, environment and nance, both public(grants) and private (Venture and DevelopmentCapital Funds).

    6. The partnership

    Relevance of chosen partnership

    The NANOFORCE project lasts for 30 monthsand covers 8 regions of Central Europe belongingto 7 Countries. It has been developed by national& regional chemistry associations and R&DCenters of the Central Europe area, as the keyplayers in boosting innovation for their associatedenterprises, and this represents a crucial assetin the achievement and ownership of expectedproject results. Project Partners (PP) are the keyplayers in the concerned CE regions. They representnational chemistry associations the most qualied

    to run the LAB analysis and design scenarios fornanomaterials. Furthermore, in Europe (overallin the Central Europe area) most of the chemicalcompanies involved in the nanotech sector are SMEs.The composition of the partnership with ChemicalAssociations and Research Centers is the importantkey for achievement of the results of this project.

    Project Partner 2

    Veneto Nanotech S.C.p.A.

    The Cluster for Nanotechnologies was createdin the Veneto Region in 2002, exploiting thetechnical and scientic skills available in the localAcademia and production network. Its successful

    implementation in this region was enhanced bythe numerous real application opportunities and thenations highest number of per capita businesses,which translates into a high concentrationof industries potentially interested in applyingnanotechnology. Veneto Nanotech was created withthe aim to foster transferability of nanotechnologyresearch products to innovative and high-techcompanies, and to support the development ofstartups in the focus sector. Veneto Nanotech isalso active in the formation of young and talented

    researchers, in the organization of disseminationactivities and courses for entrepreneurs andcompanies staff in order to demonstrate thepotential applications of nanotech. Veneto Nanotechis involved in several national and Europeanworking groups and funded projects, focused onadvancing the knowledge base and managementof risk assessment of nanotechnology and alsocoordinates the activities of the Hi-Tech Clusterof Nanotechnology applied to materials. It actsas a mediator at institutional level for enterprises andresearch centers interested in creating new productswith high technology content. A major part of VenetoNanotechs mission is dedicated to supporting R&Dactivities, to strengthen the existing infrastructureand to leverage the present regional competencesas well as foster new international networks in orderto boost the nanotechnology development alsoat the European level.

    Association of Chemical Industryof the Czech Republic

    Association of Chemical Industry of the CzechRepublic was founded in 1992 as a voluntaryassociation of manufacturing, commercial,designing, research and advisory organizationswith a relationship to chemical, pharmaceutical,petrochemical, and rubber and plastics industries.The association supports business interests

    of member companies in the Czech Republic,involvement of the Czech chemical industryin European and world economic systems,representing its companies in discussionsand negotiations with authorities and handingover all available economic, legislative andtechnical information to its member companies.

    The Association deals with employment, social,wages and occupational safety issues. It alsoparticipates in collective bargaining with trade unionsand in discussions with government authorities.

    In the Czech Republic, the Association closelycooperates with the Association of Industry andTransport organizations associating companiesoperating in different elds of the chemical industry.The Association of Chemical Industry of the CzechRepublic is a member of the Conseil Europen

    des Fdrations de lIndustrie Chimique (CEFIC),a member of the European Association of Employersin Chemical Industry and a member of the FdrationEuropen du Commerce Chimique (FEEC).

    The Association fully supports the Responsible CareProgram. Adhering to sustainable development, theProgram fully respects principles of environmentally-friendly business and the involvement of thecompanies in the Program has a positive internationalreputation.

    Project Partner 4

    Chemistry Cluster Bavaria

    Chemie-Cluster Bayern has been establishedas an international project development platformfor Bavarian companies and research institutes,regardless of their number of employees or size.Chemie-Cluster Bayern is designed as a contact andcompetence network for Chemical Assisted Living,

    i.e. for all areas in which chemical products takea sustainable contribution to improve quality of dailylife. This covers, for example, areas of e-mobility,renewable energy, CO

    2prevention, new materials,

    but also building chemistry and polymer chemistryas well as chemical climate protection. Chemie-Cluster Bayern is, in particular, open to thoseparticipants who only have a peripheral involvementin chemistry and chemical products yet often,chemical innovations provide the crucial progress.

    Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry PIPC

    The Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry is theorganization representing chemical companies

    in relation to domestic and foreign government andnon-government organizations. PIPC is the onlyPolish organization being a member of CEFIC andis authorized to represent the chemical industryon the international forum. According to its Statute,the Chamber is authorized to present its opinionson all regulations as regards functioning of the

    chemical industry in Poland. The Chamber receivesin relation to of such regulations from the Ministryof Economy, Ministry of Environment and committeefor the European Integration and others. The PolishChamber of Chemical Industry was establishedin 1988 as a voluntary, nonprot associationof chemical companies in Poland. The Chamberassociated numerous major manufacturing andtrade companies, scientic-research institutes andothers, as well as branch associations. According

    The Laboratory for Environmental Research(Laboratorijzaraziskave v okolju, LRO) is aninterdisciplinary research unit established in 1995.From its earliest years it is tightly connected

    with the study programmes at the Schoolof Environmental Sciences, for continuous transferof research outcomes and expert knowledgeto students. The Laboratory has an internationalreputation based on its quality achievements andits commitment in applying research skills to currentenvironmental issues. LRO hosts a growing numberof national and international research projects.It values collaborative initiatives and joint actionon a number of environmental aspects. It hosts

    various thematic areas that together contributeto the interdisciplinary character of this researchunit. The Laboratory for Environmental Researchparticipates actively in fundamental as well asapplied research. In the area of fundamentalresearch, the activities of the laboratory are directedto the investigation of photochemical and microbialdegradation as well as the transport of pollutants

    in the environment, the development of laser-basedmethods, bioanalytical methods, and ecotoxicologicaltests for the identication and determination of toxiccompounds and their effects on the environment,the development of new materials for their applicationin environmentally friendly technologies, andinvestigations in molecular biology and neurobiology.In the eld of applied research we also investigatethe possibilities of applying the photothermal andbioanalytical techniques to control the qualityand safety of food.

    potential customers from the pharmaceutical industryto quickly and efciently nd reliable partners withthe required expertise from amongst our networkpartners, BioNanoNet GmbH simplies the processof establishing collaborations and enhancingthe likelihood of a successful outcome. The otherprinciple role of BioNanoNet GmbH is to initiate andsubsequently coordinate national and internationalresearch projects at different stages of thepharmaceutical value chain.

    The Association of Chemical and PharmaceuticalIndustry of the Slovak Republic was establishedas a voluntary association of business entitiesin the Slovak chemistry and pharmacy industryon 30 November 1991. Currently it represents53 member entities, which employ more than 12,000workers. Its activities are aimed at: defending thecommercial and business interests of the chemicaland pharmaceutical industry in dialogue with theparliament and government of the Slovak Republic,with central union, interest groups, national andinternational governmental and non-business;support of its member entities, in particular throughdeveloping an information service; coordinationof activities and processes to solve commonproblems; promoting the interests of Slovak chemistryin the implementation of REACH; promoting REACH

    for professional public; submitting opinions andproposals to guide and inuence developmentplans, and Slovak economic policy; developmentof trade policy to minimize and eliminate technicalbarriers; continuous improvement and expansionof cooperation with foreign partner associations andas a regular member of the European ChemicalCouncil CEFIC inuence the legislative process;deepening social dialogue with unions on workingconditions, wages and other social care staff,

    Institute of High Pressure Physics,

    Polish Academy of Sciences

    The Institute of High Pressure Physics (IHPP) wasfounded in 1972 by the Polish Academy of Sciences.The present eld of research activities coversceramics, HTc superconductors with biologicalmaterials (high-pressure studies of protein folding,

    and high pressure food processing) and theplasticity of metals (hydroextrusion) as well asnanotechnology. For more than 20 years, Unipressscientists have worked intensively on the physicsand technology of GaN and related semiconductors.This research led to the creation of a uniquetechnology of high-pressure growth of GaNcrystals with a dislocation density much lower thancrystals grown at atmospheric pressure. This haspaved the way for construction of blue/violet laserdiodes by using crystals as substrates for growingepitaxial structures of (AlGaIn)N with exceptionalstructural and optical quality. Both the MBE andMOCVD nitride technology has been developed atUNIPRESS together with the laser-processing lab.The work on blue/ violet laser diodes has been donewithin the Polish Government program titled Thedevelopment of the blue opto electronics, which wascoordinated by Unipress. In order to commercializethis technology, a new hi-tech focused company wasfounded. Nanotechnology is a keyword of a modern

    physics and material sciences. Unipress is involvedin nano-studies not only by exploring classical low-dimensional systems like quantum wells and quantumdots, but also by working intensively on materialscomposed of nanograins such as nanoceramicsand nanopowders. High-pressure technology playsa very important role in the process of sinteringof nanopowders, enabling better control of grain sizeand uniformity, thus leading to the creation of a newgeneration of advanced materials.
