NARRATIVE REPORT As one of the OJT’s of Fernandez College of Arts and Technology, I, was lucky and thankful to experience this wonderful and unforgettable training for us aspiring to be one of those Police Officer of our country. Believing in oneself that we will be able to surpass every part of this training. As our practicum starts, I felt the feeling of fear, asking myself if I can do this. Baliuag Police Station, Bustos Police Station, Pulilan Police Station were the assigned station for us to conduct our On the Job Training. I experienced how to conduct checkpoints for the purpose of eliminating highway crimes and others. I also learned the basic of traffic rules and regulation. I was also one of the OJT who have the opportunity to go for Inquest Proceeding, with the help and guidance of the Police Officer of the said Municipality. I also learned how to make Police Blotter, and it’s significance to the improvement of every case. That every Police Blotter should have the five (5) W’s and one (1) H, or what we call the Cardinal Rule of making a Police Blotter. This will serve as the future reference of every municipality. This On the Job Training gave me the opportunity to experience the field we were about to take. This also taught me something that I wouldn’t get from school. The life of each Police Officer was not as easy as we taught it was. Having the guts and courage was not just enough, right attitude was also a must. You should learn how to obey, obey and obey. Every task that given to us was a knowledge offered by each station. So whenever you have the opportunity, grab it.
