WWith Natasha Jay Photography it’s all about capturing the details of

your special day exactly as they are and preserving your valuable

memories for years to come. Whilst you enjoy every precious

moment as it’s happening, I concentrate on working quietly in the

background, taking candid photos of your ceremony, reception and

friends and loved ones as they celebrate with you.

AAll of the images are of the highest quality and minimally processed

to preserve the natural beauty and authenticity of your wedding day

memories. Each finished photo will be a beautiful record of those

special moments that you can cherish for a lifetime.

I specialise in documentary and lifestyle wedding photography.

Making sure to take lots of candid images of your wedding and your

guests’ joyful celebration throughout the day. I also take some time,

usually between your ceremony and reception, to guide you and

your wedding party or special guests into classic and contemporary

poses so you can have styled, gorgeous group shots as well.

TheThe primary focus is on providing every client with unobtrusive,

professional photography services that allow the wedding festivities

to carry on uninterrupted by my work. With a low-key and quiet style,

I am able to capture the precious details and once-in-a-lifetime

moments without disturbing the natural flow of your day.

i’m ready to book my wedding, what is the next step?

First, you need to check if I am available on your date. You can do this by email at info@natashajay.co.uk . If you like we can arrange to meet in person to chat about your wedding requirements. There is no charge for this consultation. Should you wish to book, just complete a booking form and return it with 20% deposit.

how many photos will we recieve?

AsAs a guideline you can expect approx. 30-45 images per hour of service that you contract. If you have two photographers the number increases to approx 50-60 images per hour of service.

is it necessary to meet in person before the wedding?

WhileWhile it is great if we can meet in person prior to your wedding, if you are planning a wedding from a little further a field don’t worry. We can discuss details on the phone, e-mail or via Skype. When you arrive in town we can meet up for coffee to go over any last minute details.

how soon in advance should we book our date?

MostMost brides book approximately 9-12 months in advance. If you want to guarantee that I’m available on your wedding date, I recommend signing up at your earliest convenience.

do you charge extra for travel?

Travel within a 30 mile radius of Southampton is included. If your wedding or engagement session takes place outside of that range additional fees may be added.

do do you offer a usb?

All package options come with digital images of all your final images from your wedding day. I do not provide USBs, images are delivered to you via an online password protected gallery where you can download all of your images.

All packages include, an intial wedding consultation to chat about your weding day. Your high res digital images with print release delived via a private website gallery for viewing, sharing and ordering.

ceremony wedding coverage £450

ForFor the more intimate wedding. This package covers from your

ceremony and includes family formals and your couple photography

(maximum 4 hours). You will revieve 200+ high res digital images

delived via a private website gallery.

T&Cs - This package is only avaliable for mid-week and off peak weddings in the Southampton area.

full day wedding coverage £850ForFor full coverage of your wedding day celebrations, from the bride

getting ready until your first dance (maximum 10 hours). You will revieve

500+ high res digital images delived via a private website gallery.

second photographer £150Ideal for larger weddings, groom preperations and for capturing

those candid moments through out the day.

engagementCapture your excitement and joy during this special time! With a unique engagement session, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want your images in your home or on location, I can create photos that express your personalities and capture the love between the two of you.

bridal sessionCaptuCapture the beauty and details of your bridal look before you are swept away in the busy excitement of your wedding day! A bridal session will showcase, not only how gorgeous you look, but also every bit of effort and care you’ve put into your wedding look. I can photograph you on location at your venue or another place dear to your heart.

vow renewalAsAs special and magical as your original ceremony is, it’s just as wonderful if you chose to renew your vows. I will capture and preserve every detail that’s different, and every one that’s stayed the same so you can enjoy the memories of each day for forever.

encore sessionWheWhether you found yourselves swept away in your wedding day festivities, or you just want another custom session to document your love and excitement at a later date, encore sessions are a great way to remember the details of your bride and groom looks. I photograph you and your new spouse, in your full wedding attire, at a location of your choice. It’s a great opportunity to capture dramatic, beautifully styled individual and couple shots that are perfect for an album or canvas.

turnaround time

Proofs are available for viewing approximately 4 to 5 weeks after the

wedding. I may post a few images on my blog and facebook prior,

so be sure to have your friends and family subscribe to my social

media.

digital files

II cannot guarantee a set amount of images. The number of images

shot at your wedding is based on the amount of hours, activities and

the number of guests. As a guideline you can expect approx. 30-45

images per hour of service that you contract. If you have two

photographers the number increases to approx 50-60 images per

hour of service.

YYour final edited images are delivered in .jpeg format at 8 x12 in at

300 dpi. RAW files are not available for purchase and remain

property of Natasha Jay. Reprint permission is included with your

digital file purchase. I retain the copyright. Many print and online

magazines use our images within their publications. If for any

reason, work related or otherwise, you wish not to have your photos

submitted, just let me know and I will honour that request.

paymentpayment

I accept bank transfers and card payments. A non-refundable

retainer fee of 20% is required to reserve your date. The remaining

balance is due 10 days prior to your wedding.
