                                                   Geneva, October 27th, 2015 Movitation letter for ICF Switzerland Board President Dear Coach Colleagues and ICF Members, I joined ICF and ICF Switzerland in 2006 as I seriously began my professional activities as a coach in Geneva and I have been elected as the President in 2015. My Board Colleagues asked me to stay in this role for the two coming years and continue to do my best to ensure continuation of our professional work. So here I am to ask you to vote for me first as Board Member and then as President as requested by our bylaws. My passion for professional coaching and my core value to give to others, continue to motivate me to stay in a leadership role with ICFS and to accompany my Board Colleagues to share a co-leadership role in their domain and expertise. Bringing my successful entrepreneurial business experience and leading teams further qualify me for this position. For those who do not know me yet, I first serve as Ambassador and my contributions to create visibility and generate strategic connection while managing budget for ICF and ICFS are numerous. I contributed to many major events from ECC2008 to this year major events for the ICF on Tour and 20th Anniversary. For all regions of Switzerland and for the world, I look forward to continuing to share best practices and to create a sustainable and inspiring future for our organization, our clients and our members. My promise is to build on our values and what made our credibility over the years - integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect. My commitment is also to maintain a positive energetic team spirit in the ICFS Board. I also have a dream to invite each and all of you to MEET YOUR TRIBE and participate in the ICF activities in Switzerland so that to contribute to the coaching profession at large.
