CAMPS REPORT
CATC Kolar:
3rd to 12th JULY 2014, 18 CADETS ATTENDED (14SD &4SW)
ACHIEVEMENTS:
❖ CJUO Harshit Tiwari was made as the camp senior.
❖ First in firing competition by cadet Shreyansh Bajpai.
❖ First prize in singing by cadet Priyanka Singh.
❖ Cross country by cadet Sushil Katiyar.
❖ 02 cadets were selected for the TSC team in the inter group competition.
❖ 08 cadets from our college were selected for the RDC team in the inter battalion
competition.
IBC Doddaballapur:
05th to 14th SEPTEMBER 2014, 15 CADETS ATTENDED (11SD & 04SW)
ACHIEVEMENTS:
❖ 3 SW’s were selected to further camps.
❖ 1 SD was selected to further camp.
CATC Sarjapur:
DPS Sarjapur- from 27 September to 6th October 2014-25 cadets attended.(20SD &
5SW).
ACHIEVEMENTS:
❖ CSUO Harshit Tiwari was made as the camp senior.
❖ 1st place and 2nd place in cross country by Sharath.c and Sushil Katiyar
respectively.
❖ CSUO Harshit Tiwari got the best cadet award.
❖ We secured 3rd place in drill competition.
NIC- NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMP UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN)
❖ 17th to 27th Dec 2014.
❖ 4 cadet from our college successfully participated in NIC Udaipur.
❖ BJUO Harshit Tiwari was made the Directorate senior.
ACTIVITY REPORT
INDEPENDENCE DAY
40 cadets participated in the Independence Day parade. Parade was led by CSUO Vinodh
kumar Reddy .The college best cadet award was given to CJUO Harshit Tiwari.
ORIENTATION:
An interactive session was held in the college to reach out about the benefits of NCC in
their course as a student and their contribution towards society
GUARD OF HONOUR: was given to NAAC peer committee on 27th Jan 2015.
NATIONAL YOUTHS DAY: was celebrated on 13th January 2015 where 175 students
of NCC & NSS wing gathered in the college Auditorium to commemorate the 153rd
anniversary of Swami Vivekananda also celebrated as National Youth Day in the
presence of honorable chief guest Mr.Abhimanyu Kumar, laureate and an avid social
worker along with Principal Dr. A Nagarathna.
AWARENESS RALLY: was held on 16th January 2015, when MSRCASC heard
uproar at 11:00 Hrs. It was the valiant slogans of 56 NCC Cadets who had started on a
rally to educate and inspire the Youth of the college to Donate Blood and help those in
Needy.
The rally was flagged off by Respected Principal Dr. A Nagarathna, who wished the
cadets for their bright response and their Enthusiasm.

BLOOD DONATION CAMP was conducted on 16th January 2015 in MS Ramaiah
College Auditorium.

PULSE POLIO DRIVE: On the eve of National Pulse Polio day Cadets of NCC
participated in the Drive along with the Mathikere Ward BBMP Officials and the Health
Department for 4 days i.e.18th to 21st of January 2015.
Cadets were allotted booths along with a Nursing student in a team of 2 and were to
Vaccinate the Kids below 5 years in and around their booth and each team had to cover a
total of 450 houses and make a note of vaccinated and non-vaccinated kids and vaccinate
if not. A total of 27 cadets took part in this Drive.

WEAPON DRILL AND ARMY TRAINING: To educate the cadets more about the
Arms and also to give them a firsthand experience of NCC Officer Mr. Shiva Kumar on
23rd January 2015 organized an arms training exercise.
The rifles along the JCO and a PI Staff of NCC HQ, Bangalore reached college at
1300hrs.
There were 10 SLR Rifles, 1 0.22 Rifle and a Light Machine Gun (LMG).
Around 40 cadets had an interactive session and learnt various firing positions and also
the detailed parts of the Weapon. Cadets also learnt the technique to dissemble and
assemble too.
Cadets were also trained in Weapon Drill by the JCO.

REPUBLIC DAY: Was celebrated in the college on 26th January 2015, in the presence
of the MSRCASC Principal Dr. A Nagarathna, who hoisted the flag with association with
Mr.Sitaram Director of Gokula Education Foundation.
