Welcome to SelsiaSelsia is an award winning centrally managed, national vehicle accident repair organisation which reduces ‘supply chain touch points’, vehicle loss of use, average repair costs and repair damage administration. We are set up and equipped to manage repairs for national and local fleets, the public sector, fleet and claims management companies and the insurance industry. We offer our services directly or as a white label service and because we are a repairer funded organisation, there are no repair management charges. As well as fleet management professionals, Selsia also works closely with procurement, HR and finance teams where responsibility for fleet management has been acquired as an additional management function.

We deliver our central service through an approved nationwide network of car, van, mobile and HGV repairers so you don’t have to worry about finding qualified repairers around the country as you only have to liaise with Selsia.

Selsia Online Repair Management

Everyone in the repair process is connected by Selsia Central; you and your team, Selsia repairers, Selsia Operations team and, if required, your insurer. We deploy detailed instructions and you can then view estimates and images and authorise online. You can also progress track key milestone dates in the repair process as well as put your own notes against each case for instant communication. We can also generate management information and KPIs for you.

That’s why we have a national network of “cars and vans” repairers who are PAS125, BS10125, insurer and vehicle manufacturer approved. Our repairers are regularly inspected and audited to ensure the safest possible repair methods and processes are in place. Only the very latest equipment is used by professionally trained technicians to ensure your vehicles are safely repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. Having an approved Selsia repairer near you helps us to keep your loss of use to a minimum.

Selsia SMART Multipoint

As well as accident damage repairs, our connected Cars and Vans network can also be used as drop off and repair points for mid-contract returns, end of life and fleet re-homing. On receipt of an instruction, Selsia repairers liaise with the agent to arrange a date for dropping off the vehicle. After delivery, we carry out a full bodywork assessment on damage beyond BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines, as well as a multipoint check including status of tyres, battery, engine management light, keys, locking wheel nut, interior condition and vehicle documentation. If there is bodywork damage, we will refer to an agreed fixed price SMART repair menu and upload the assessment with images to Selsia Central.

This automatically triggers a request to our clients for an authorisation to repair the vehicle. Where more severe damage repair is required, the vehicle is already in the right place where a full assessment can be carried out. Once authorised, repairs will begin as quickly as possible with Selsia Central being kept up to date with repair progress in order that collections can be scheduled.

How do we get set up with Selsia?Getting started with Selsia couldn’t be easier. Following one or more face to face

meetings with you, we will develop a bespoke service level agreement for you, including

labour, parts and paint prices and any particular requirements for your business.

Our Operations team will then upload your SLA into our online repair management

portal, Selsia Central and you’re ready to use our services. You phone through accident
