CII Ins�tute of Quality is pleased to announce the Quick Changeover Compe��on(SMED)on 21 - 22 February 2019, Chennai. QCO is an approach to overcome losses, due to changeovers. The method has been developed in Japan by Shigeo Shingo, and has proved its effec�veness in many companies, by reducing changeover �mes from hours to minutes. The objec�ve of the compe��on is to help companies witness successful prac�ces & case studies in adop�ng Quick Changeover Methodology.
