• Lift the voices of domestic workers on immigration and care.

2. Explore new organizing projects that generate revenue and allow us to achieve scale.
3. Bring wins to our members: citizenship and labor standards.
4. Build a powerful movement to shift culture and power with a clear long-term vision.

301-600 members; 4 NDWA affiliates represent about 10,000 domestic worker members.
The majority of organizations have fewer than 100 members.
