With an intent to fast-track the roadmap towards Indian Food Processing Industry 2.0 and to arrive at key insights/recommendations, this session will focus on new opportunities for investments in infrastructure being facilitated by the central and state Government, need for strengthening backward linkages, supply chain led transformation and the enabling fiscal and regulatory environment, which shall help food processing sector accelerate this transformation.
The session shall highlight and deliberate on the business models of few such next generation companies that have actually created a niche market for themselves, by introducing products and services that have become the game changers for the food processing industry.
Session I:Fast-tracking the roadmap forIndian Food Processing industries 2.0
The session shall focus on how the food businesses have evolved and become organized through Value Addition to their products; progressing and engaging with various components of the Supply Chain and logistics; developed their franchisee chain and how they have positioned themselves in the consumer market that has enabled them to access wider domestic and global markets.
