ROUTINELY SUBMITTING DUPLICATE CLAIMS.
BECAUSE IT IS A CRIME TO DEFAUD THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT OR ANY OF ITS PROGRAMS, AN INDIVIDUAL MAY BE SENT TO PRISON, FINED OR BOTH.
CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS USUALLY INCLUDE RESTITUTION AND SIGNIFICANT FINES.
