DECK: Unit 2: Polymer peeling, isolated spalls, joint at U3 is up about ½”...BTM: overhangs spalls w/ exp rebar SUPER: Unit 2: Minor rust in btm flanges of girders, see F/C report, paint chalking, moderate rushing btwn U2 and U3 SUB: Unit 2: P9 under const., other piers in good condition, Cols B at P4 and P5 patched.
