About  National  Induction  Conference  2013    National   Induction   Conference   2013,   hosted   by   AIESEC  RULE,   the   2nd   NIC   conference   of   AIESEC   Cambodia   term  12/13.  It  happened  at  LyLa  Center,  Phnom  Penh.    NIC   is   two-­‐day  event   for  university  students  aged   from  18  to  21  years  old  who  have  passed  selection  criteria  and  are  ready  for  their  personal  development  and  creating  positive  impact   to   society.   What   is   more,   through   NIC,   youth   will  know  the  reasons  why  AIESEC  is  linked  to  the  world  and  it  can  make  differences  to  society.

Delegates’  Profile  and  Numbers    This  year,  there  were  64  delegates  joining  NIC13  and  the  most  delegates’  entry  is  AIESEC  IFL.  We  also  have  1  exchange  participant  from  the  Philippines.  

Conference  Team    The  conference  has  run  smoothly  as  we  have  provided  best  knowledge  of  AIESEC  and  also  fulfilled  some  human  basic  needs  to  the  delegates.  We  reached  this  level  all  is  depended  on  our  conference  team.    Facilitators  Team

Day  01    The  day  started  off  by  a  powerful  roll  call  of  facilitators,  then  a  welcome  speech  from  the  President   of   AIESEC   Cambodia,   Mr.   Longdy   Yi.     After   that   the   chair   was   introduced,  Young   Zou,   MCP   AIESEC   Pakistan.   The   first   day   of   the   conference   was   focused   on  introducing  and  driving  down   the   theme  of   the   conference,  which  was   “The  Start  of   a  True  Leadership  Journey”.  The  objective  of  the  first  day  is  to  make  new  members  know  more  clearly  about  what’s  AIESEC.

Day  2    The   second   day,   which   is   the   last   day   of   the  conference,   began   with   the   opening   of   the  morning   plenary   of   our   lovely   chair,   Young.   The  day   was   focused   on   the   exchange   function.   The  purpose   is   to   make   the   new   members   engage  more   with   AIESEC   by   2   emotional   and   inspired  sessions,   which   are   “LEAD”,   and   “Let’s   Go”.   The  Sugar   Cube   Time   ended   the   day.   And   the  conference  was  closed  by  the  closing  plenary.
