4. Unbookmark/favorite the catalog page. If you use a bookmark or favorite in your browser to visit the cata-log directly, try removing the bookmark, reloading the page, and then bookmarking it again. Similar to the cache is-sue, the many different path-ways informa-tion travels on the Internet can get it turned around and pointed in the wrong direction even if the address looks correct.

5. Contact the Library. If none of the above succeeds, library staff will be happy to renew your items, place holds, etc., for you, then contact CIN support to quickly resolve the issue.

Trouble Signing Into Your Account? A system upgrade in February caused some headaches for a few of our patrons. When they went to www.catalog.cin.bywatersolutions.com/ to access their accounts, place holds, and renew items they received an “incorrect username or password” message. Even resetting their pass-words and attempting to sign in multiple times failed to work.

CIN support has suggested these steps if you are unable to sign into your account.

1. Verify that you are entering the correct card number and pass-word. Default password is LAST NAME IN ALL CAPS. If you have changed your password yourself, make sure you are entering it correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.

2. Contact the Library to reset your password. We will set it back to the default.

3. Clear your browser cache. Most web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) store data and past versions of web pages you visit to speed up your browsing experience and ease the process of signing into frequently visited sites. Trying to sign into a

If you have kids in grades 8-12, now is the perfect time to get them thinking about career options.

Register your kid(s) for Business AfterSchool's Health Care Week, April 14-18, 2014.

This is a great opportunity for students to attend an industry-led workshop around careers in the health care world. Our health care partners have prescribed a two-hour workshop that will include:

- A site tour of one of Spokane's hospitals / clinics / laboratories / offices

- A hands-on task in a health care setting

- Techniques and information around job readiness

- Overview of the types of careers open to students pursuing health care

We hope you will take this opportunity to partner with these businesses in providing this experience for your students. Space is limited, so registration is required. At time of registration, you'll need to provide the participant(s) name, grade, and health care interest. We're asking for a 10:1 ratio of students to chaperones or adults. If you're registering more than 10 participants, please contact Krista Dressler at (509) 321-3623.

The times available are (please have first, second choice ready):

• Monday, April 14th, 3:00-5:00pm

• Tuesday, April 15th, 3:00-5:00pm

• Wednesday, April 16th, 3:00-5:00pm

• Wednesday, April 16th, 5:00-7:00pm

We will highlight these health care disciplines (you will need to rank the choices):

• Emergency Response

• Rehabilitation

• Laboratory Science

• Clinic

We have five health care firms hosting a workshop. We will not allow drop-in participa-tion and will assign groups to the business that best fits date, time and interest. We will email a confirmation of registration to the main contact person with the health care location assignment to forward to their registrants.
