• £1m commitment deal with BT with target of 30% savings

• Achieved 34% savings to date• = £500,000 in further reduced tariffs• Consolidated BT billing will deliver

further savings of over £100K

How will we deliver cost savings?• Reduced rental/recurring charges in terms of lines/extensions • Reduced off-net call charges including Fixed to Mobile calls• Free on-net calls• OR potentially a combination of the above via an all inclusive "Per Port Pricing"

model• Reduced maintenance costs in terms of the PBX estate• Reduced administrative costs via removal of paper billing and implementation of a

Consolidated billing model • Removal of redundant & unnecessary cost• Capex free installation & project management• Capex savings via extending life of existing voice equipment (no need to change

out PBX's, handsets etc)• Inclusive services of a fully trained consultant to provide support to identify,

deliver & log all savings on an ongoing basis & to provide & maintain a cost saving register both on a national and an individual board basis.
