RTV Scope
Create an integrated policy for transportation, circulation,
and parking that defines the long-range transportation
strategy for the NDW Region.
Identify cost-effective measures that reduce congestion
and emissions and increase use of alternative travel
modes.
Propose a framework for Transportation Management
Plans.
