21ST CENTURY WAY OF TEACHING VERSUS TRADITIONAL WAYWe are teaching digital generation who believes that learning is about creating, questioning, inventing, designing , solving and reflecting. Teaching and Learning is about questioning and redefining knew knowledgeMulti sensory approach kind of teaching and learningTeacher are facilitators and torch bearersTraditionally learners were taught to listen, close the mouth, no questions, absorb everything from the teachers mouth and reproduce during exam and tests. Transformation in teaching and learning is necessary in this eraAs educators we need to revolutionize teaching and learning to suit todays learners. This can only be possible if we present on District ,national and global stages to share our views about teaching and learning

CONCLUSION No one knows better than a teacher No one knows the mind of a child than a teacher We are the only people who can restructure and

redefine how teaching and learning should look like because we have experience in teaching and learning

And the only way to showcase our innovative thinking is on district, national and global stages, presenting in front of panel members and experts in education.

Limpopo educators has talent! Expose it! Everything seems impossible until its done. The best results comes from seeing things in a bigger

picture( far sighted person) By entering NTA you will become better, bigger and

bolder!
