The first 35 registered and paid Scouts/Venturers are guaranteed a space. All applications received after the regis-tered 35 will be placed on a waiting list.

PURPOSE: To support the unit’s re-

sponsibility for training junior leaders by enhancing their leadership skills.

OBJECTIVES: Provide participants with the skills

and confidence to run a program. Offer an opportunity to share

experiences and exchange ideas with others.

Create an atmosphere for partici-pants to experience Scouting at its best.
