Nature of use/Activity:I will be operating a Family day care, caring for up to 7 children a day.

Proposed hours and days of operation:The Family day care will be operating from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm.

Number of expected visitors and employees:Parents of the 7 children will be dropping off and picking their children up between these hours mentioned above and there will be no employees.

Details of any equipment to be used:Nill

Proposed car parking:Our driveway will provide adequate parking for the amount of visitors we will have coming and going.

Daily Routine:

7:30am Family Day Care opens

7:30am-8:30am Children arrive at different times throughout this hour

8:30am School age children are taken to school

9:00am Morning tea is prepared and served

9:45am Morning activities, indoor/outdoor play

11:00am Lunch is prepared and served

12:00pm Sleep/rest/quiet time

2:00pm Afternoon activities/free play

2:45pm School age children are picked up from school

3:15pm Afternoon tea is prepared and served

3:45pm Indoor/Outdoor play

5:00pm Children are collected by parents and Family day care closes.
