shared, particularly at the moment when we have a problem with head lice. Lice are an issues in all schools at different times and Lisa as mentioned in emails/messages does have a supply of head lice treatment in her office, however we do encourage you to check your child’s hair and have it treated before returning to school. We also ask that at the moment all hair be tied up to minimise risk of spreading. Thanks for your support in this.

Athletics

The South Wairarapa athletics tournament will be on the 20th November and we will be sending out details shortly. It is great seeing the children out practicing skills in their physical education programmes.

As mentioned at the end of last term, we will be opening up our pool in November dur ing lunchtimes. The I’m of this supervised activity is to boost confidence and skills before the summer months. Our water skills programmes start in Term One next year.

Looking forward to a great day on Saturday - see you there!
