    Mr. Crescitelli will discuss what the legislative process is like for Trenton lawmakers

    after a bill hits a legislators desk i.e., what happens next, how they handle lobbyists,

    and how you can best influence them.

    Luncheon with Legislators

    Activists will enjoy a special luncheon at Caf NJ in the State House where they will

    hear from several New Jersey legislators. (Caf NJ is located on Level 3 between the

    State House and State House Annex. Security check-in required for Sate House

    visitors)

    Professional State House Tour

    Enjoya professionally guided tourof the State House and learn about its history, art

    and architecture. Tours will be available from 1- 2p.m. and 2 -3 p.m.

    State House Annex 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.

    Committee Hearings

    With the Legislature in session, activists will have the opportunity to see the

    legislative process in action by attending various committee hearings taking place in

    the State House Annex.

    Please plan to arrive by 9:00 a.m. minutes prior in order to find parking. Parking in the garageadjacent to the hotel on Lafayette Street is additional. Rates currently in effect are 2 hours =

    $6.00, 4 hours = $8.00, 12 hours = $10.00. Limited free parking is located in the Capitol Complex

    Garage accessed from either from the rear entrance to the State House off Rte. 29 or in the

    front along West State Street. Metered parking is available on West State Street. For security

    clearance to enter the State House please also be prepared to show identification.
