a CARE MANAGEMENT p lat form
industry CHALLENGES
✓ Value-based purchasing penalties
✓ Improving resident outcomes
✓ Narrowing of hospital referral and payor networks
✓ Reducing readmissions
our SOLUTION
Satchel Health takes a resident-centric approach that
dynamically changes the way post-acute facilities deliver care.
Our platform provides opportunities for census stabilization
and clinical pathways that assist in recapturing lost
revenue. Our platform combines HIPAA-compliant video
conferencing, integrated diagnostic devices, and machine-
intelligent workflows to deliver the most appropriate level of
care to reduce readmissions.
These benefits bolster relationships with acute care
providers, separating you from competitors and
increasing your census.
our MISSION
To Get the Right Providers with Your Patients when They Need It.
By putting our focus on the user’s experience, we deliver a platform that your nurses and clinicians
want to use. It is our primary goal to improve the state of health care by using technology to augment
care, not replace it.

our WORKFLOW
Satchel Health’s care management platform is designed to assist
on-site nurses proactively when a new event occurs, anytime,
anywhere. When there is a change in a resident’s condition, a
nurse logs in and triages the resident with the assistance of a
condition-based dynamic questionnaire. Once the remote
physician has been selected, the two parties connect for an
encounter. The remote clinician sees and hears the resident,
collaborates with the on-site nurse, and assesses the live-streaming
vitals to deliver better care on demand. The remote clinician
wraps up the session, submitting their documentation.

Produce Market Advisory For the week of April 16, 2018
Produce Meter
Good Fair CautionMarket Alerts
MARKET OPPORTUNITIES
TRANSITION The movement of growing regions from the Yuma, Arizona area back north to Central California has begun. Many of the products you use year-round are affected during this time, which normally lasts from March to early May. Affected crops include all lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, berries and more. “Transition”, as it’s usually called, often comes with more frequent quality issues, shorter shelf life, and sometimes less available product. Be sure to read The Produce Market Advisory each week for up-to-date information.STRAWBERRIES Central California growing conditions continue to slowly improve. Quality is fair to good, with the most common quality issue now being white shoulders (under-ripe areas around the stem). Pricing may be higher in certain markets.ROMAINE LETTUCE Pricing remains 15% higher than normal on Romaine Hearts, with good to fair quality. Consider using whole Romaine, Green Leaf or pre-cut product as a substitute.GRAPES The Chilean grape season is approaching its end, and quality is beginning to decline on both Red and Green Grapes, with Reds being the better value.ORANGES The severe shortage of Oranges has reached the point where certain sizes are largely unavailable. Orders for 113 CT, 138 CT and 163 CT fruit are very likely to be shorted, or substituted with an 88 CT or larger size. We recommend you order 88 CT, 72 CT or larger Oranges through the end of the Navel season in early spring. LIMES Persistent rain in southern Mexico’s lime-growing areas has slowed harvesting and impacted fruit size. Large (175 CT and bigger) limes are very limited, and pricing is much higher than normal on those sizes. Smaller (200 CT) size fruit, purchased in full cases where possible, will be the best value.

Cucumbers: Excellent quality and pricing on all field-grown Cucumbers, with Select grade being the best value.
Squash: Yellow and Zucchini Squash are in very good supply, with great pricing and quality reported.
