Assessment Delivery – Theory
Enabling measurement of candidate‘s conceptual knowledge
• The assessments can be delivered in two modes
• Self Mode
• The candidate is asked a set of questions for which the candidate keys in the responses on a sheet or an electronic device.
• Assisted Mode
• The assessor reads out the questions and the candidate’s responses are keyed in by the assessor on behalf of the candidate
Assessment Delivery – Practical
Enabling measurement of candidate‘s skills and abilities
• Delivery is through a set of questions , wherein the assessor checks for participant skills and abilities.
• The assessments would have two type of questions
• Observational Questions
• Checklist to be evaluated (as Yes/ No) based on observation of actions/ procedure followed by the candidate
• Viva Questions
• Assessor to evaluate (as Yes/ No) based on the responses shared by the candidate
