Nayak’s managing director Patrick Morcus has resigned after 18 years with the company. Schiphol, 8 July 2014 – Today Patrick Morcus resigned at Nayak Aircraft Services. He led Nayak Aircraft Service Netherlands together with Luuk Houting in the last 13 years, and together they guided the company to a successful growth in this period.

With the announcement of Patrick’s resignation today, Nayak’s owners Germán Larrabe & Herbert Busch praised his entrepreneurship, which contributed to the success of the Nayak Group. “Patrick developed a sustainable growth in customers, long-term relations with airlines, OEM’s and in the same time structured the growth in his departments IT, Finance, HR, Marketing & Sales in a very professional way” says Germán Larrabe. “Patrick has been an integral part of the aviation MRO

business for many years. He built an excellent team and will be missed by his staff” according Herbert Busch. Patrick Morcus began his career as an apprentice with the company in 1996 and he developed himself to become Managing Director of Nayak Aircraft Service Netherlands before he was 30 Years old. Through ownership changes and acquisitions he effectively worked continuously for the same company during his whole career. “I have had a great career in the aviation line maintenance business” says Patrick today. “It has been an honor to lead Nayak. I would like to thank both Shareholders Germán Larrabe & Herbert Busch giving me the opportunity 13 years back to become Managing Director. This company is blessed with great-motivated staffs, which are passionate, punctual, 100% on time and flexible. I wish them, Shareholders, and Luuk Houting all the very best.” Patrick hands over his responsibilities to Managing Director Production & Accountable Manager: Luuk Houting as per August 1st, 2014. Luuk will continue as sole Managing Director of Nayak NL. “Luuk has shown great leadership as Managing Director and we trust that he will handle the additional responsibilities in a very adequate way.
