online social network and localize print version of the No Cover Event Guide through
different markets around the U.S. The event magazine will start off highlighting all the live music, night clubs and
festivals in each market every
month..

attract the active 18-34 male and female crowd that usually has to pick up and sift through unwanted ads and editorial in the local weeklies to find out what is hot around town.

» Yours and No Cover’s audience complains about the weekly’s for this very reason and want information instantaneously to plan their activities ahead of time. Our event guide will have one hot cover story of the biggest events coming to town within the month. The rest of the publication will be venue advertisements with their event schedules to inform the reader. So the reader will have the information they want at their fingertips and use it as a reference as they make their plans.

» Registered Advertisers will be able to click on www.nocover.com advertise link and upload their own banners and links with our very user friend and simple to use ad center which allows the advertise to place either a leaderboard, Skyscaper or mini banner ad with links to their site or products at anytime. All they need to do is select the size of banner ad, upload it to the ad center, select what city market and which section/page they wish their ad to be placed, choose the duration for the ad to run and submit the payment via paypal or credit card. Advertisers will be able to log in to the ad center to see how many impressions or clicks they have received during their campaign.
E-marketing and subscription service: » No Cover.com will offer an e-subscription service online to those who sign up and all advertised
venues schedule and events will be included at a discounted rate for this service. In addition, for a small fee to the reader the No Cover event guide will be available through our already successful fulfillment service to send copies direct to the subscribers home. Weekly's are too large, bulky and heavy to offer this service.
