Prices

Our charges for a given assignment are directly related to the amount of

work that has to be done to complete the assignment. We quantify this

work in terms of hours.

We have several pricing schemes: Hourly Pricing and Sheet Pricing.

Hourly Pricing

Our present rate for 2D work is $10 per hour,

which compares very favourably with the $18 per

hour many other companies charge.

Our present rate for 3D work is $16 per hour,

which is much lower than the $55 commonly

quoted.

Sheet Pricing

We can chare your per sheet basis, majority of our clients like this

because this gives a perfect estimation to them. We will send a quotation

before begin the work. However this Sheet pricing also directly proportion

to Hourly Pricing.

Payment Policy

We never ask you to pay until we f inish the work.

We are using world safest online transaction method (www.paypal.com) or

Western Union or Wire Transfer against our Bill.


Send and Receive files

- We create space for you on our FTP server; we send you a username,

password and FTP client prog ram with instructions for use.

- You upload your documents to the FTP server.

- We study your documents and ask any

questions we may have by email; you

give us answers.

- We draft and upload the output to the

FTP server.

- You download the output from the FTP

server, inspect it, mark corrections (if

any) and upload the redlined drawing to

the ftp server.

- We download the redlined drawing from

the FTP server, incorporate the changes,

and upload the final drawing to the ftp server

- You download the drawing from the FTP server

- Alternatively, you can send and receive files by email; many customers are

more comfortable with this


Quality Control

3Dcities India has a 100% guarantee policy. Our goal is to have every

customer as a reference. We endeavour to provide a quality and service

level which delights our customers.

3Dcities India executes four levels of quality control (Quality Check) for

each produced CAD file. If errors are detected at any Stage, the file is

returned to the original Engineer for corrections. Once corrections have

been made, the file re-enters the Stage 1 to Stage 4 Quality Check process

again. The information below outlines the 3Dcities India Quality Check

procedures:

Stage 1: The Engineer produce and checks the CAD file

to make sure that all instructions and standards were

followed. When the Engineer is confident that the file is

complete, it is then passed to Stage2

Stage 2: The Stage 2 CAD manager plots produced file

and compares it to original document for errors or

omissions. The file is also reviewed for compliance with

all special instructions, layering schemes and standards.

Errors and omissions are noted and the CAD manager

works with the Engineer to assure that all errors and

omissions are corrected as necessary. When the file is

100% accurate, the file is passed to Stage 3.

Stage 3: The Stage 3 CAD manager reviews the corrected document for

100% accuracy. All instructions and standards are checked again.

Stage 4: The Stage 4 CAD manager visually compares and approves that

the electronic file matches the requirement of original document. The file

is then distributed to Clients.

customer as a reference. We endeavour to provide a quality and service

level which delights our customers.

Our guarantee provides our customer protection for a full one year after

our services have been used. This guarantee against defects remains in

vogue for 365 days from the date of delivery of work.

Any non conformances to client

specifications or standards if detected

during this period will be corrected free
